I'll predict the following (confirmed ones in bold):

What have we got for next year?

Redbull
Seb
Mark

Ferrari
Alonso
Di Resta

Mclaren
Button
Hamilton

Lotus
Kimi
Grosjean

Mercedes
Nico
Schumacher

Sauber
Perez
Kobayashi

Force India
Hulkenburg
Bianchi

Williams
Maldonado
Bottas

STR
Riccardo
Vergne

Caterham
Kovalainen
Valsecchi

Marussia
Glock
Chilton

HRT
De La Rosa
Qing Hua Ma

In the end, dont think anything major will happen, except a young midfield driver will go to Ferrari, and since Di Resta has only failed to finish twice in 2 seasons and is pretty consistent, could see him getting the #2 drive

Timo Glock looks set for another year of head-banging frustration at the rear of the grid.

Thanks for reminding me, I wanted to post about him, he seems a good driver, I thought maybe Williams or Sauber if one of their (Sauber's) drivers move up. Surely if Marussia can afford him so can those two teams? I guess Force India will take Bianchi.

Yeah, I'd love to see Glock able to perform at the level he did during his years at Toyota. He even managed to drag the 2004 Jordan to the points!

Massa doesn't even make the list! :yikes::hehe::(

I don't think he has sponsorship, so he's competing with Glock basically, I see the other suitable seats for his level being filled by reserve drivers who already know the team moving up.

oops, forgot to put Glock in bold - he is contracted to Marussia until the end of 2014. Massa I think will be made to be the reserve driver at Ferrari, as I don't think they will want to completely get rid of him, and doubt he would get any decent drive.

I reckon Petrov will go. A possibility is that Razia from GP2 replace him, but that is quite speculative on my part. One GP2 driver that i would expect to graduate, should a driver leave, is Gutierrez at Sauber.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Alguersuari back at a team after he has done the Pirelli testing this season.

Good call for Chilton at Marussia, i think that is very possible especially since they signed him as reserve recently.

I am not sure of which williams drivers to drop either. Suppose it all depends on if Maldonado calms down by the end of the year

I don't see any changes at Williams personally.

Drop both.
Get Massa if he goes and Kovalainen or Timo Glock.

And if they cant drop maldonado, then get Heikki.

Can see Bottas coming in for Senna. Maldonado I believe brings them a lot more money than Senna and Bottas has been impressive on Fridays this season!

I'd say there will be some more significant changes. It's debatable which one is the show starter: Lewis leaving or Ferrari announcing Alonso's team mate. I'd still say Ferrari because that might tell directly where Lewis is heading. and if the Vettel Ferrari deal holds water, it limits the options as not all drivers are willing to go there for one year only. It might not be the smartest move for a younger driver, no matter how tempting a year at Ferrari would be. So I'll go for either retirement post for Schumi, if he can drive together with Alonso, and possibly needs to give space for Lewis. Or some of the more senior 2nd drivers to support Alonso, Heikki would kind of fit to picture.

If then Lewis leaves, would they take young talent and rely on Button or prefer a more established guy; both options are possible, but I don't really see Button as reliable no1 driver, supported by a young talent, so how about Kimi's come back to Mac. Renault would then go to 2nd younger talent, maybe one of the Williams drivers. Think about the amazing crash duo: Grosjean and Maldonado (more likely of course Senna).

No changes for RebBull I guess.

The comment about Perez being too inexperienced from Luca Di Montezemolo sound telling, assuming it was sincere.

It's quite an inexperienced grid, ruling out Webber, Button, Vettel and Rosberg who are all signed, who else is there with more experience than Perez? I don't think De la Rosa, Kobayashi, Hekki or Petrov have the pedigree, Hulkenburg, Maldonaldo, Senna, Vergne, Ricciardo, Grosjean, have less experience.
That leaves Hamilton, who has been strongly linked to Mercedes with nothing about Ferrari, Di Resta, Glock who I like as options, and Schumacher - who might like the idea of g oing up against the man who ended his reign of championships, who is at the team where he won so many of his championships: Alonso, for one last challenge, before retirement.
