Just watched 'Senna' again today. I just cannot get over what a beautiful documentary it is. :cloud9::crying:

It is indeed a good film, but I can't see myself watching any documentary more than twice. Even twice would be a challenge.

You ain't missing much. Aside from Michael Winslow and his odd noises and impressions it's not got much going for it.

Battleship

If you like cheesy action sci fi along the lines of skyline or battle los angeles, Battleship is pretty good.

The 'hero' sucks as the lead actor. Every movie he leads in ends up screwing up for the most part. The best role I've seen him in is Gambit in Wolverine.

Y'all should check out The Watch if you like comedies. I was  the whole time!

Total Recall is decent. The best part is watching kate beckinsale for two hours...$#@! she is SMOKIN' HOT!!

I saw Bourne Legacy last night. It was better than I expected - not as good as Identity, but better than Supremacy and Ultimatum. It has good action, decent dialogue (with a few exceptions), good comedy relief, Rachel Weisz (<3)... I'd give it a solid 7/10.

MIB III: s***. Don't Bother. 3/10

Moonrise Kingdom: If you like Wes Anderson, it's a must-see. Good to see with a girl, if you're looking for something not-too-chick-flicky. 8/10

Dark Knight Rises: great. Did not disappoint. 9/10

Brave: OK. Seemed more like a Disney princess cartoon rather than a pixar movie, but was still ok. It had some clever, tasteful humor that pixar is always good for. 6/10

Spiderman: more s***, but I admit to being biased because I think Spiderman is the lamest superhero ever. 3/10

Ted: pretty good. Simple story, decent jokes. Another good date movie, especially if she happens to like Family Guy-type humor (but not necessary). 6/10

I think I'll wait to rent Total Recall. But I am absolutely stoked for Expendables II next week, and Judge Dredd in Sept.

That's not really a documentary.

Finally got round to seeing The Dark Knight Rises. Loved it.

First time in ages I was routing for the baddie.

I do love a bit of Tom Hardy. Damn good actor if you ask me.

I saw it 3 times in the theatre so far. My record for movies in the theatre, and not planning to extend it. :hehe:

I was always rooting for Hardy to get big roles ever since Inception. And the irony is that his role in the movie wasn't even that significant, but he managed to shine through. Watch RocknRolla, Bronson, Warrior for classic Hardy performances.

RocknRolla

Anyone seen the new Bourne film? I love the first three and heard good things about the new one, but i worry it just won't stack up without Matt Damon.
