Given what we have seen so far; Red Bull to be out front; maybe a 1-2 if Webber can hook it up, McLaren/Ferrari to scrap it out for he remainder of the top six.

So I'll go with:

1. Vettel (unless of course something breaks)
2. Hamilton (I believe that McLaren are slightly favouring him now after his tantrum)
3. Alonso
4. Massa
5. Button (Qualifying performance let him down)
6. Schumacher (I think he will get the better of Rosberg for the first time this season)
7. Rosberg
8. Webber (recovering from a first lap blunder).

What about Kubica? or Sutil? Ah... of course... they are the underdogs and won't ever make it in the top 8!!!!! :banghead:
Being the Force India one the fastest car of them all and being China a circuit with a lot of straights.... well I guess you see me point....
I belive Sutil is making it to the stairs!

I was gonna say weather depending, but it seems like it will be a dry one.

I think I'd agree with the assumption that Vettel will take pole and race off into the distance and win providing he doesn't face reliability issues yet again.

Hamilton for 2nd. I don't know how the McLaren car will preform, but Lewis has always been pretty awesome around china, year after year. Unless it rains :hehe:

3rd will be a battle then between Button, Webber, Massa and Alonso. Anyone's guess who will be where.

I doubt we'll have the most exciting of races, but as Murray Walker always says, anything can happen and it usually does. No one has won from pole this year yet.

Exactly, the RB6 may be ripped to bits over the weekend. Then *whatevernamevettelhasgivenhiscarthatthebbcneverseemtostopmentioning* will be replaced.

What if Red Bull had shocks with a seperate chamber that could be charged with nitrogen (like any gas charged shocks) but instead of raising the shocks, forced it lower? Then, they have a very tiny leak so during quali the suspension is forced lower then overnight in par ferme the nitrogen leaks out and the ride height raises? That would be hard to spot during an inspection and since it's not adjusted externally, it might just be deamed legal.

I would still not be lower at the end of the race though

Unless it rains I'm not really looking forward to this one, mainly because Shanghai is the worst F1 track ever built (although the new Bahrain really does set a new low benchmark in poor tracks) and every dry race has been tedious.

Looking forward to this race because I THINK THIS CIRCUIT WILL SUIT MCLAREN. There, said it. There are long straight and not many technical turns like bahrain sector two. But Red Bull is still too fast in the qualifying and I will be very happy with a podium for macca!

You people are forgetting that Force India were the fastest cars last year, and this year are pretty fast as well. Hamilton couldn't overtake Sutil in Malaysia.... I'm not saying they are going to win.... but F-duct istn't everything....

Is it just me, or is the news coverage of the chinese grand prix very poor. I'm reading another F1 news-sites.... but there is not so much news out there...

I doubt any F1 fan is happy with any pre-race coverage they get but lookout for the post race tomfoolery.
