A worrying update on Felipe Massa has emerged with Sky Sports News reporting that the Ferrari driver is in a 'life-threatening condition'.

According to the station, surgeons at the Budapest hospital where Massa underwent emergency surgery on his fractured skull have told reporters that Massa's condition is "serious, life-threatening but stable."

By the sounds of it they've gone on from what's been reported on Sky Sports thanks to that clown who's blown it all out of proportion wanting to scare us all telling them.

Maybe recuperation after surgery near the brain is usually treated as serious and life threatening as standard.

I hope Felipe will race again, but we do have to remember that the accident will take time to heal mentally. If I was him as soon as my physical wounds had healed I wouldnt jump straight back in to an F1 car. I think he will definitely miss Valencia maybe back for Spa
