I think Im smashed. 2 veliko kozarec oops imean big g;asses of home full made vino.................... FERRARI will never go back to the bullshiit pre schumacher dAYS. FERRARI will bounce back. F1 afterall is all about nFerrari. Im currently wearing mu GREAY Chelsea jersey with my Italia jacket cos Chelsea is the greatest football team in England and Italia the greatest overall. I am also watching the 2008 F1 season review. Just gpot to Brazil now and can see cheating Hamilton rob the title from Massa who crossed the line first as the first world champion before Hamitlon crossed the line. In my opinion Massa is the true 2008 champion because he was passed the line first and racing afterall is all about who comes first. Ferrari 4eva, Italia 4eva, Slovenija 4eva, Chelsea 4eva, Juve 4eva, VAFFANCULO AL RESTO PERCHE NON ME NE FREGA ATTRAMENTE!!!!! *LOL* :drink::drink::drink::drink::drink::drink::drink::drink::drink::drink:

Mclaren will catch up before Ferrari and win the WDC and WCC.

Button and Massa will be devistated again.

This sort of comment is F1 becomes a joke book. As bud said 1 is ever changing just like the British weather, you must not believe that Ferrari will fill after 1.5 races, sheesh, your playing a kiddies game. Ferrari will catch up eventually whether its too late I don't know but what I am sure is that Ferrari have rarely ever let there team or fans down, to believe they will automatically fail is just being dumb as anything. With that comment you also put your team first? Sorry Bud & Macca Fan. But your team have cheated and are really in the dark at the moment, for you’re to write something so stupid down will cause an argument. Ferrari will bounce back eventually, but until then I will be very happy to see them even score simple point. From our strategic wise we have made major mistakes! But lies do not role of our tongues and lose us valuable team members I’m proud to say. I would prefer to win 3rd place with honour behind that prancing horse rather than prosper from ones mistake and have my name and team darkened by the grey clouds that fill's this planet. Massa will win the Drivers title 1 day. When that comes I cant wait, but you need to curb your comments, they are absurd and start to get on my nerves.

You must be the biggest bozo on the planet. I suppport Juventus. But I have an interest in the EPL. Juventus OBVIOUSLY do not play in the EPL, just like say Liverpool cant play in Serie A. So in the EPL i go for Chelsea. It is that simple. And in Italy people mostly follow Serie A just like in England most people follow the EPL. So being Italian living in Italy how the hell am I supposed to be bought up knowing the EPL. So at age 12 I first hear of Chelsea when Viali from Juventus moves there and I learn to like the EPL and follow Chelsea. I was 12 years old when that happened. Prior to that there was no way of me ever knowing much about English Football when all I saw was Italian football. And I am not an old chum. You can probably guess my age unless you're dumb if you know I was 12 in 1997. And yes I follow Ferrari. Who else am I gona follow.

Well, I have no interest in the ISA (and I only call it the ISA because you lot in Europe insist on calling the Premiership the EPL for some strange and, no doubt, very silly reason. I mean, there are no other Premier Leagues in Europe, and everyone knows it's in England, so why bother with the E?) but I'd heard of teams like Juve, Sampdoria, Fiorentina, A.C Milan, Inter etc from about the age of 6...which was way back in 1981. I'm a one club man...no other club counts afaic.

And just because you are Italian doesn't mean you have to follow Ferrari. I mean no-one forces you to. I don't really follow any team tbh. I tend to pick the outsider then laugh when they either :-

A - fail spectacularly (Arrows) or
B - stick one over on the big boys (Brawn).

Keeps it interesting this way.

In Australia not sure about Europe but its clear anybody with a hint of Italian ancestry whether it be both parents or one grandparent tend to jump on the Ferrari bandwagon just because of their Italian link.

So I guess Ferrari is seen as a national team that represents one nation regardless of the nationality of the actual personnel who make up the team. Which no other F1 team has in common where most other nations support drivers.

Possibly. Or maybe it's because of the sheep like mentality of Italians...in the sense that they'll all blindly follow Ferrari purely because it's an Italian team and everyone Italian follows them...and not think for themselves!

This is right. Ferrari is and wants to be seen as Italy's National team... you can see this by how many times the italian flag/colors are seen on anything Ferrari-related. The same doesnt apply for Mclaren. There is no brit flag on anything Mclaren does.

The only reason why I write EPL is because even if I omit the English part out of it, the words premier league are longer to write than simply EPL. And Serie A by itself is the only Euro competition with the name, like the premier league bur Serie A is a short word and I always omit Italian from it. Nothing personal, it is just quick to write EPL than Premier League and if I wrote PL I doubt many would know what it means. Im lazy, and I hate typing is all it comes down to. :hehe:

You're right, I dont have to follow Ferrari, but I take the same pride in going for Ferrari as I do when I watch Italy play international football. So that is what I meant when I said who else am I going to go for.

I doubt the Aussie Italians that go for Ferrarin are bandwagon supporters cos they have to pick an Italian team, Most are probably F1 fans, car enthusiasts, petrol heads, rev heads etc that basically love cars and racing. They choose Ferrari because it is Italian because they also have a national pride for their heritage. And all the ones that I have meant (Aussie-Italians) like Mark Webber as well because he is Australian and they are also proud of their Australian heritage. You Bud like McLaren. I bet you would also go for Mark Webber if suddenlyn he were in contention to win something. It is perfectily normal for pride to determine who you go for. Bandwagon supporters are usually glory seekers who go for the winning team, I bet all those Aussie-Italians who were around in the 80s andm 90s when Ferrari were crap supportered Ferrari anyway. Why because they are Italian. But the team was shiit so no glory there, thus no bandwagon rubbish.

McLaren isn't a true British team anyway. Bruce McLaren was Kiwi, thus McLaren is really Kiwi. It is only British not because the company is based it England but because McLaren has a British F1 racing licence. Remember Renault F1 is also based in The UK, but is French not because Renault is a French company, but because Renault's F1 racing licence is French.

I only used Mclaren as an example. Because you can also use Renault, Williams etc for that matter. Or BMW or even Sauber in its days...... the thing is, apart from Force india no other team takes cover behind a nation's flag (and even then Force India is not a 100% indian team). To me its not really important anyway. Teams can do whatever they want to attract fans or sponsors or whatever... but in the end what matters is the spirit each team brings into competition, and Ferrari is one of the most competitive teams not only in F1, but in motorsports and road cars in general. I personally enjoy this, and i think this is the very spirit of racing that i feel is the way things should be.
