I still support Kimi and Jenson and MacLaren.

Welcome Peta. Now, exactly how long have you been supporting this team? :scratchchin:

:rofl::rofl: Not to mention her previous name was IheartKimmi.

Oh....and also forgetting to mention, she announced her permanent departure, TWICE. And now "I'm back :drink: " I mean LOLZORS.

Oh yeah...Raikkonen VS Vettel...Raikkonen is going to get spanked so bad his a$$ is going to be as red as the red donkey he's driving.

Welcome Back, Peta (that's easier to type out than iheartkimmi!! )!!
Good of you to be honest, even knowing the silliness that would bring out in some people!!
You have an eclectic mix of favourites there!! Quite interesting!!

I cant see how Seb vs Kimi will generate even half the Alonso vs Kimi. These guys dont even have social media and so it will all be tweets by the team- who have just sacked their social media person (maybe the whispering bottom has been dropped also) - So we can expect completely corporate tweets, and there will be a blanket of silence from behind the lap time data which is all we we know about Ferrari especially if they are duking it outside the top 10

I dont even care who comes out on top of this battle as they are both number 2s

Well I think it will be good because with Alonso and Kimi you had an A lister with a B lister. It was really a foregone conclusion. But with Seb and Kimi, you have two B listers with points to prove. I have this gut feeling that if it comes down to intent to prove that point, Seb might win out. But there maybe lots of other factors in play.

I was thinking the same, I think it will be the guy that rallies the team around them as gets that number 1 status. Vettel is going to be eager to do just that. We might see fireworks indeed.

The alternative however is another year like this year, whereas the car being uncompetitive gives Kimi the same incentive the had this year. In the end it's not fair to have to "incentivize" a guy you're paying 22 million a year but hey, you do's what you gotta do's.

It's also very interesting that the Marborlo man and Kimi are tight tight tight according to the news reports I've come across. Both gushing for the other and it's not like Kimi to gush so...

I think this thread will get a lot of traction next year.

Sagi, these are Ferrari drivers for next year, these are the drivers the Tifosi will be hero worshipping and defending """no matter what""", we know you are very loyal to the team and ANY driver that drives for them (you told us so many many times). Please remember that Alonso now drives for Ferrari's arch enemy and nemesis - McLaren, you wont be able to cheer for him and remain a tifosi.

You, sir, have a very different experience / perception of the world from my own.
Better to agree to disagree, as the twain shall never meet.
