At my local heritage steam railway they sometimes let a special needs person wave the red flag so the train can go. I can only assume Charlie fulfils the same role at race weekends.

Back on topic; if they want excitement and the start is the best part of the race; lets have 50 one lap drag races... see how many drivers get to the 50th chequered flag! :rolleyes:

Once a moderator, always a moderator. Your logic is flawed, some races have 70 something laps.
