You don't think that winning the world championship would be the bigger benefit for Mclaren? Even if the driver left, he still would have won it with Mclaren.
Every race, practice times aren't designed to be competitive, in 2011 Redbull were nowhere in practice. It's only really P3 where the teams try for ultimate pace.
At anyrate, I thought the Hamilton fans had already given up on McLaren? I'm sure the team are sabotaging him, seriously, what would their motive be?

You have to admit that Lewis's sudden confusion in P2 seems odd right? as for the motives of Mclaren its really simple...Would you want the current world champion driving for you next season? or would you want Lewis to take it to Mercedes?....Brawn were pretty mythed when Jenson left them and went to Mclaren with the number1 and im quite sure Mclaren dont want that to happen either.
