What is going on with the FIA deciding to go to Bahrain?
Due to the massive injustices that the people are going through, the UK governmant have advised Bernie not to go.
As usual Bernie knows it all and despite the death threats, petrol bombs and a team that had to leave the circuit in daylight hours due to fear of what may happen, Bernie is still saying "theres nothing to worry about"
Lets face it, Bahrain needs the F1 and not the other way around.
There are so many countries that are queing up to be given the priviledge of being chosen we do not need to be risking the lives of the drivers & crews & reputation of F1 by going to countries that are not in a stable political situation.
Lets hope that this is the last time that Bahrain is given the opportunity to host this prestigous event.

For yours and F1's sake Bernie lets hope that you are right and it does not have to take a death before you admit that maybe you could have been wrong.

Bahrainis are regular people like you and me. Why can't they get F1 service? Don't they like racing just as much as any of us?

That is about where the similarities end. This is not about them deserving or not deserving a race. The current government is who is set to come out on top from having F1. The people of Bahrain need more than a race right now, they have more important things to worry about right now.

I'm sure they love the event, but hard to give a crap when you are being oppressed.
