Heat exhaustion is due to dehydration and the sweat taking all your body salts so replenishing your salts might help. Maybe that is why a kebab on the way home is always required because your body wants salt

Glad you're okay Azza, also you should of called 999 as soon as you crashed and got medical attention for your head (you can bump your head and feel fine then an hour later be fitting from brain swelling)

In regards to 999 calls and no signal even of you have no signal on you're carrier other carriers will bridge the gap and provide you with signal for emergency calls

I went to Blenheim palace on Wed. I never realised what an opulent upbringing Winston Churchill had ,and what illustrious ancestors he has Blenheim Palace well worth a visit!

We go most weeks because we got a year pass. The play area is good. Did not go near the palace this time as too much expensive stuff for a 3 year old to be around in the palace.
