It has shown a desire in him that I thought was missing.

Lol what? This goes beyond desire, it was a deliberate crash...are you saying he was missing this criminal side to win the WDC?

The real legend of F1 have it Senna, Schumacher.

The older legends of F1 had it but could not push it as far because of the danger of death.

Good point jab as I have often wondered that myself. He never seems...'angry' enough behind the wheel I guess for lack of a better word. I guess that's the best way I can put it. As a fan of webber, there was the epic 2010 british gp where he was just $#@!*& mad and stormed off to the victory as a big "$#@! you!!" to everybody. I haven't noticed that mentality from rosberg ever really and I was kind of wondering over the break if he'd have the fire burning in his belly and expected it to hopefully manifest itself over the rest of this season

I like how the general defense of Nico on social media is "ugh those whinny Lewis fans" way to address the issue.

brilliant Geet. Rosberg plays dirty and elevates himself to the 'great' level! Methinks not. He's no Senna, not even a Schumacher, just a desperate cheat.

So now Rosberg is in the Senna and Schumacher league?

HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA

Just say you can't stand Lewis and we can stop dancing around already.

I did not say rosberg was a legend. As Geet said he has now shown the fire to win.

As for Lewis not being of legendary status. I don't think titles like that can be issued until a drivers career is over.

No one said Lewis is legendary status.

But you made it sound like you thought Nico was "missing" this sick irrational part in order to be classed alongside "greats" like Senna....that was just completely off. Maybe I misunderstood you.

I don't see how anybody can say Nico took him out intentionally , if he had hit 2 inches further forward he would've hit the wheel and had no effect on Lewis and took himself out of the race. You can't even see the front of a F1 car , you can't be that accurate on a move like that.Anyone thinking anything else is dreaming.

No one is saying he aimed for the puncture or aimed for a spot 2 inches whatever

All he had to do was 'not care if they both crashed' I.e was prepared to crash rather than let a Lewis stay ahead. The outcome was great, but it could have been both off or Lewis only off or much less likely Nico only off. Because Nicos front wing is not an integral part if the car whereas Lewis' tyres and rear suspension is

No one intentionally goes it without a rubber, but things just happen you know. You get to that point and you say... F*k it. I'm sure Nico wishes he wouldn't have to resort to this kind of crap. A pedophile knows what they're doing is wrong, but hey, they just can't help it.

At least this newly found desire to win put him amongst the greats. :hehe:

Funny how all those that didn't speak up when MS was demonised for his unsporting and un British ways, and probably decry foreign footballers for diving, and probably didn't stick up nelsinho when he agreed to crash

Well all of a sudden it's an admirable skill to resort to cheating, why it proves you are as great as MS who is now the last word on sporting hunger

Did Fangio cheat? Hill senior (or junior), Villeneuve, Clarke?

No they were not great because they didn't cheat, the real champs have to show willingness to crash someone out or park the car but Alonso probably doesn't count just because
