Driver first by a long way. Probably team next then nationality. I dont chose a driver and decide to support him, I find myself excited by the driver, generally like him and then Im hooked. Of the three Ive reaaly supported two have been British and one not.
Damon, Juan and lewis. (briefly believe it or not Alonso before I realised what he was like).
With Damon, maybe it was a bit that he was British, but more the history with his family and what had happened to them and the fight with Schumacher-made me like Damon more.
With Juan and Lewis I was really into both of them and their driving styles well before they entered F1.
I guess Im proud Lewis is British but I dont support him because of it. Ive never liked DC much, I like Jens but he doesnt excite me. Ayrton was amazing and thats probably why I have a soft spot for Bruno. No ideaa why I have a soft spot for Petrov

Kobi...he has a bit of Lewis about him

. Oh and Ive been on and off Webber.
Teams. I used to like Williams and Jordan (Damon...and I like yellow) Then Williams and McLaren (Juan and now Lewis) But Ive got hooked on Mclaren, I'll find it hard not to root for them...but Lewis will come first.
Ferrari

It would have been the obvious team to support with all their romance and gorgeous road cars, I was drawn, but I hated their modus operandi (FIA favouritism, driver favouritism, etc,) especially during the Schumacher years, and now it looks like its returning with Alonso. So no I cant. But if they had Lewis and Kobi, or Lewis and Senna, or Lewis and Petrov, or Lewis and Massa, oh and no shinanigans, well....who knows

There you have it. Crazy mixed up F1 supporter
