I like controversy in a reasoned way, without insulting or despising anyone and I would like that, whenever we speak about our different points of view we could do it in a civilized way, otherwise we could been insulting and despising each other till the end of the times.

why don't you start practising what you preach? All you do is insult yet make claims like this.

What a coincidence, that is exactly what I was gonna say to you, Bud, even knowing that you’re an example for all of us.

I read your post about Jenson and the reasons because you considered him the best and even disagreeing in some points, I respected your opinions and your sentiments and I appreciate the passion you put in it. I use to respect people and believe that sometimes I also deserve to be respected.

There's a big difference between me suggesting that conspiracy theorism is inherently paranoid and you hurling personal abuse. That difference is I was being civilised and saying your point was outlandish, whereas you insulted me. I'm getting sick to death of people like you and others on this forum conflating "disagreement" with "disrespect". Disagreement is me telling you I think you've got your facts wrong, disrespect would be if I told you were a stupid, arrogant, preposterous fanboy.

Plenty of people would of died of laughter and rubber stamped you as a
rabid jense fanboy with what yous said and yet jaxkmasters just complimented
your view as did i the other day and all you do is cause trouvble, id
hate to see you "reason" with those who think button is a waste of space, no doubt youd shoot yourself or something, your posts have been disrespextful of otjer opinions, and
its YOU that needs to learn the differenxe between disagreement and plain rude ignorance.

...Fernando didnt need to show any spectacular pace. In fact, even guys who finished ahead of him had worse pace....

Somehow he'd still have had to manage to overtake Sutil and Kubica. Kubica's tyre's lasted until the 47th lap but Sutil's lasted a lap or two longer. Regardless of pit stop strategy, and regardless of Petrov, Rosberg and The Hulk, had Alonso not been able to overtake Sutil before Kubica's pit stop, Kubica likely still would have come fourth precisely because Sutil's pace was mediocre and Alonso's wasn't spectacular. Sutil would have held Alonso back and allowed Kubica to create the gap he needed to maintain his fourth position.

Alonso had 10 laps after the safety car period and before his pit stop to pass Button and reclaim the position he'd lost at the start. He failed. And he had 38 laps to find a way around Petrov. He failed again.

Alonso didnt have to pass Jenson for 3rd. And neither did he have to pass Petrov... at the moment he was behind Petrov the championship was already lost. I think there were 3 more cars to pass after Petrov, this should have been known by the pit wall, as they had information about who had pitted....

I think that Alonso not taking the attack to Button is evidence that either: 1) Ferrari's strategy was that he should drive conservatively, stay out of trouble and let the race come to him, or 2) he didn't have the pace. In hindsight, if it was the former, I think that was a mistake.

In any case, Alonso made a mistake in the first corner that set in motion a sequence of events he wasn't able to overcome and that cost him WDC.

Exactly, so that means what i said: Not being able to pass Petrov was NOT a defining occurence. The championship was already doomed.

Alonso had 10 laps after the safety car period and before his pit stop to pass Button and reclaim the position he'd lost at the start. He failed. And he had 38 laps to find a way around Petrov. He failed again.

Neither of the 2 moves were necessary (Button/Petrov). He didnt exactly need to reclaim 3rd and he didnt need to pass "just" Petrov.
I think he didnt have the pace to win, but interestingly enough... he didnt need it. He needed P4 pace, which he did have. But i guess even to come in P4 ferrari needed to drive for the win. It was a mistake to go conservatively, but imagine Alonso crashing with Button on L1 :yikes: that would have been much worse than what happened. Vs Petrov on the other hand... he should have gone in Kobayashi-style.

In any case, Alonso made a mistake in the first corner that set in motion a sequence of events he wasn't able to overcome and that cost him WDC.

yes, that was a big mistake (perhaps being overcautious), but even at that point he had the championship to win. The only 2 determining factors were:
1) The SC
2) Being called to pit in before he had enough gap against the cars that had pitted during the SC.

As a fan.... i guess we'll take it lightly and realise being able to fight til the last race was an amazing feat. A gift from the mistakes/failures by the RBs. But management can't take it lightly....

Maybe you write very well in terms of grammar, but you are apparently unable to understand the real impact that, the way in what you say things, have in others.
Probably arrogant isn’t a noun, but in your case it should be. Genius

3rd and final warning on the personal squabbling in this thread, otherwise people will be sin binned - and you can't say you didn't recieve more than enough warning here.

So Stefano resigned, who said F1 did not keep us on our toes.

Wait, he's actually resigned now? Shame...
