I dont imagine lewis gives a "feck" what you think He's a racing driver not an English teacher. And as you point out, when he needs to he can turn on the public voice.

i dont remember saying that i hope lewis hears what i think, i dont support alonso cause of his personality, lewis is on a downward spiral atm, his off track conductnis poor, and im really
starting to lose faith in him, STILL making stupid errors and apeaking and acting like a tool.

Aw, c'mon now. It's not like he did something bad like, I don't know, shake his hand angrily at a guy he wasn't able to overtake... :P

Nah, he just went on about the tyres instead

And asked some innocent questions to his team about inconsequential bits of his car...like the F-Duct.

You didnt say you hoped lewis heard. I was aluding to his general feeling about haters as expressed on his twitter. Downward spiral? I dont think so. Stupid errors? Nope. Errors yes but no more, in fact probably less than other top drivers. Its been so close this season, no absolute clear advantage, they've all had to notch up a level and so inevitabley they've all made errors.

Is it just luck Lewis's errors have mainly been grouped to the end of the season? Whereas with Alonso its almost the opposite? I'm not sure, I'd say Alonso handles the crunch better, whereas Lewis enjoys the greater "freedom" at the start of the season?

I would say that too much of a deal is being made of this story, yes lewis, did make what could be considered a offensive remark, but lets be honest kids of today are little swearing troublemakers anyway, so they probaly havent got time for twitter because there out on the streets terrorising people!

It's interesting that, so far, Ferrari fans accept this and make light of it. Contrast that to the reaction of the McLaren fans and Alonso's waving his hands a couple of times at Petrov. Perhaps Fernando should have stopped his car and thrown some equipment around and then yelled expletives at the crowd. :whip:

Are you kidding?? This is Lewis being a kid off track and not acting his age. You're comparing this to unsportsmanlike conduct on track by an arrogant loser? What do you watch F1 for, to follow these guys private lives or to watch their talent and conduct on track? I'm for the latter, and if Alonso even cheats on his wife or becomes another Tiger Woods, I wouldn't take the trouble to open up a new thread about it. Because its not our business!

For the record, I dont care how many women Woods was with, he's still cool with me. Because he didn't misbehave on the golf course. But it would've made life a hell of a lot easier if he wasn't found out. :hehe:

Do I dare to ask you what you think about MM's extracurricular escapades?

I dont know, only you would know if you dare to ask me. :hehe:

Be very careful how you phrase that. Back in the day, when he first came on the F1 scene, I was a big fan of Lewis. His attitude started giving me pause, which I voiced in here....and just like you are beginning to experience, there were a select few who came down on me for my differing opinion. Next they'll be calling you a racist if you're not careful.

Sorry about that fall off the wagon...bit of a thump at the end eh? :hehe:
