Hold on Tex we never saw Lewis go Mental at anyone in Brazil 2007 when he was in the same situation Alonso's just a big whiney muppet who wants everything his own way.

All right :banghead: . Seen Lewis and others do the same but when it is a Ferrari driver they are 'mental'??

Oh its too wet we can't race yet - Korea 2010.

Seem's like a logical request too me with everyone complaining about safety and all.

Get Phil to move out of my way - Germany 2010

You would have a different story if it was Lewis who was told to move over for Jenson (what race was that?) when he and Button almost tangled but the TEAM told JB his brakes or tires were overheating or something to that sorts?

Tex i try to be as reasonable as possible but none of your responses made sense:

no we havent seen "lewis and others" do the "i have a divine rught to be in front" wave, or anything like it, i dont know who the others are in your post but in regards to lewis, he was the first to shake kimis hand in 2007 and button was the first to to congratualte vettel in abu dhabi, the FIRST, despite just losing his title. , go watch the podium of button and vettek and ill show you two good sportsmen.

second point, Everyone? whos everyone? i heard lewis telling us its fine to race? Did anyone crash through how bad the conditions were? no, webber crashed cause he caught the kerb, rookie error, and took out rosberg through his mistake not the weather. Funnily enough the two that compained most vettel and webber ( ooh its too dark, ooh worse conditions ever raced in) were the pole sitter and race winner....

third pount, oh christ, jenson only caught lewis cause lewis had been told to save fuel, that is a fact, the moment jenson got in closer they still let them race, and then lewis showed him the door and they decided not to risk it again, getting your team to move your teammate is different to radio calling your team asking why jensons following so close behind.

oh god ive jsut seen how badly that looks like a lewis love post, ill change the second example to button.

Honestly? If I was Alonso, I would have had to restrain myself from jumping out of my cockpit and throttling young Petrov. Human nature and all that!

Scary.
Just promise to never spawn with Tex or we'll have a gun-toting, hyper-aggressive new breed of dangerous forumites on our hands :yikes:

And the Lambs come out to play! It's pathetic that you guys can't even admit that what he did was wrong and unsporting! But what else should we expect from Ferrari lambs, the concept of sportsmanship is unheard of to you guys!

Put yourself in Petrovs shoes what did he do wrong exactly?

And Tex you don't know me on the sporting field I don't carry on like a sook when I lose, I'll shake the hand of the opponent even if we had some words during the game! It's what I was taught to do since I started playing club sport at the age of 7.

Alonso was frustrated he lost the title but to blame Petrov is stupid, go wave your fists at your pit wall you sook that's where your frustration should lie!

Hey that's a word... here I'll use it in a sentence; Jabba the Hut paid to encase Han Solo in carbonite. :D

Harsh and inaccurate mate. I have said in more than one of my posts here that Fernando was wrong in shaking his fists. And I'm not the only Ferrari fan to say that here. Those who don't blindly seek a reason to hate Fernando can see the circumstances that caused him to do what he did. He's human, just like you admit you are in you're example below.

In Fernando's own words on Petrov "he drove very well" & made "no mistakes"

So what you're saying is, you did/said something during the game and afterward you make up for your mistake with your opponent. Seems pretty close to what Fernando did mate. He made a mistake then made up for it - while still at the stadium. What he said in private to Petrov none of us will know.

First of all I'm not even giving an example there, it was a hyperthetical! Secondly I'm referring to basketball where you get a lot of walkers playing who see talking trash as part of the game! I dont talk trash I'll just reply along the lines of "shut up sausageface" and just play the game!

I don't go shaking my fist or talking shot to the opponent when I lose! Which is what Fernando did!

It's sad that you lambs are defending him.

Even after the season has finished, the same people resort to the same shit-slinging as before. Nothing changes in this forum.

I have more kudos for Petrov since he made the parting shot back at Alonso after the hand shaking, it shows he wasn't intimidated by a double world champion, which is a big thing for a rookie I'd say. I think its commonly accepted as to WHY Alonso was pissed off, he'd just lost his shot at the WDC, that would annoy anyone, but to take out that frustration on Petrov is whats being argued as unsportsmanlike conduct. its the ACTION thats being labelled as the unsportsmanlike conduct, not the REASON which is where the confusion seems to be coming from, in my opinion.

Alonso shouldn't have done it, but he did go on to speak well of Petrov in the interview afterwards. Not an apology, but its as close as you'll ever get from the <EDITED FOR CONTENT - this is no place for racist lingo!!>. Yes, I hate Alonso, but I do acknowledge that he spoke well of Petrov afterwards. I will also acknowledge taht Alonso is a spectacular driver, one of the best of the field, even though I'm a McLaren man and a vervant Hamilton backer, so no accusations please of Ferrari hating.
