Ineluke, stop posting these angry replies about hate - it gets old real fast. How would you know about such alleged sentiments in other members here? For the most part you are wrongly accusing people of something for which there is no substance in their posts - read, e.g., all of Tex's posts in this thread and you will realize how off the mark you are.

One. i can post my opinions like just like anyone on these forums can. Two. i understand clearly what texas is saying so i respond how i see fit to respond,you don't like what i post then don't read it.

is there an f1 dad's thread? what if someone hates mr hamilton, mr button, mr massa and all the rest of them.

I dont think anybody hates mr hamilton. he is widely disliked ofcause. I dislike the guy as well but that's because of the good job he did assisting lewis and getting mclaren to groom the boy to become a good driver. it is unfortunate anthony did not focus on his present shortcomings as a person like his tendency to lie and not taking responsibility etc. but lets not fight about lewis since this forum seems to have had its share of locked threads over that issue. ( I browsed through last years history and there appears to be plenty )

This is my point,you know Anthony Hamilton then?

Just explain to me what his present short coming our,not what you think they are but proof that he is the person you say he is.If i go by your assumptions i could be talking about any number of people in F1,why pinpoint him and not the others?

You know nothing about him and you sure cant prove anything you are saying,it's just your opinion,nothing concrete.You don't have to like the man but don't make up so BS story,just say you don't like him because you don't.

Should we go into how many other people in F1 fit your description of Anthony Hamilton,we would be here all day.

ineluke firstly - you would be here whole day, I wont. Maybe you should sit and think what battle it is you really are fighting here. I dont think your battle is about F1 at all. you need to do some soul searching and remind yourself that this is only forum where most discussions is about F1, maybe off topic sometimes but still about F1. You come online - disrespecting everybody for you own purposes. I dont even think you know what you on about !!

He can tell me to calm down but i can't respond by saying i am not angry is that against the forum rules now?

I am far from angry,i am just voicing my opinion without swearing or insulting anyone,how can that make me angry?

Are you saying that i am not allowed to voice my opinions or are you saying that i should just agree with all the negative threads that concern Lewis or his farther.

I know you would like me to just agree with you but unfortunately i will not.

Perhaps i should follow suit and make a thread about all people in F1 people that fit this description,how do you think that would go down on these forums,the mods would shut them down real quick.

I have broke no forum rules so what's the problem,oh wait it's because i don't agree with many of the things that our said about certain drivers/people.

I dont think he wants to discuss anything. he waddles through the threads to see where he can pounce on whoever is belittling his master.

Has anyone here read Lewis' biography? I learned there the following things about Anthony Hamilton:

1) He's a bad-ass negotiator.
2) He can be a difficult person, can border on mean.
3) He loves his son like crazy.
4) He imbued Lewis with an amazing sense of discipline and being the best, all the time.
5) He busted his balls getting Lewis all he needed to reach F1 and be successful, so he deserves to reap the rewards.

So, being a parent myself, I can relate to some of his points of view about things regarding Lewis, as I can understand (even if I don't justify) where some of his mistakes can come from--you can get pretty defensive about your children sometimes. I know most of the posters here have no children, so this fact might just blow over their heads. Might.

Anthony is a tough guy, but the F1 world is a pretty mean, tough one, so you need that.

My hat is off to Anthony for doing what he did for Lewis, and I wish him the best in this new endeavor.

You reckon. Woman can multi task ie. fidddle with little buttons and NOT crash into refuellers and tyre people and pitlanes and other cars and refuelling rigs, and piles of tyres and jacks and pretty much anything else within stricking distance of the pit box
