I suppose in that case when USF1 launch their cars they'll say that the cars are fake or the photo's fake or the location's fake. :P

OMG, just rename this thread to USF1 Conspiracy Theory.

calm down grandad were just having abit of fun.

It was almost relevant. We were demonstrating America's ability to engineer extraordinary machines and to spin the press, both are quite appropriate for this thread. :whistling:

guys tho, why all the negativity it could do a brawn and win the WCC and WDC i mean it is being built by American's here.

I mean these are the from the nation of people that landed on the moon, granted that was 40 years ago nearly and its all gone down hill since then but my point still stands

This car could be amazing it proberly won't but lets mock them when it is actually rubbuish not when it only could be.

I agree, no one thought the Brawn car would have been remotely competitive until testing last year. Like I said before, the car will either be cost efficient and revolutionary fast or a complete bust. Mind you that they took a balls out approach and if it works everyone will dissect and copy if it works. If not, they will use a more conventional method in 2011. However, I will applaud them for thinking outside of the box and taking a chance.

Speak for yourself, I saw that coming a mile off. As did everyone in Brackley.

As I recall, it was about this time last year that people started giving the Brawn squad a second glance, but nobody could have known just how good they were at this point last year, I don't care where live, you could live in the factory and you still wouldn't have known anything until testing. Many teams before them have abandoned a car mid season to put efforts into the next seasons car and not been consistent front runners, to say that you knew they would be so good is simply ridiculous.

They seem to be the champions...That seems to be what I expected back then...So...

lol and I suppose this time next year you will have changed your screen name to correspond with the new champion, then say that you were with them from the beginning and had predicted that they would win all along. I know your type.

I want to see how he handles losing the championship and losing to his teammate all year long with his 'smooth' driving style. He can keep the avi and name because I don't believe Button will win anymore races, so it'll be a nice memento and he'll tell stories starting with "Once upon a time..." He can come to USF1 afterwards!!!
