LMAOO!!!!

Wait, McLaren might go orange? Or have i read too much.....

Traditional colours are orange, if merc leave then they might revert back to it or even go red and White vodafone colours

Gosh. I didn't even know Merc might be pulling out? What engines would replace them? i know it's off topic. But i'm interested :)

It would be funny if Kimi came back. I'd love to see Ant Hamilton attempt to "bond" with him for the first time.

Bond with him

It's to do with Mercedes' potential buy in to Brawn... there's a few threads on it here in Gen. F1, should be easy to find. :)

If I were Ferarri and I was forced by the universe to dump one driver, I would dump Massa. Kimi is more of a charger and statistically delivers more than Massa. Then there's the injury factor. For all we know Massa will never be the same and can't deliver wins. How would Luca D feel if he made the decision to dump Kimi and then find out Massa can't do it? They'd have to start all over. Well, having Alonso is a good start.

From F1 Live:

The wheels of speculation regarding the futures of Kimi Raikkonen and Fernando Alonso continue to spin in Singapore.

Ferrari team boss Stefano Domenicali, who has Raikkonen under contract for 2010, on Friday admitted that "the situation has changed... in the last couple of days".

At the same time, Alonso revealed that he has made his mind up about his plans for next year, while the Raikkonen camp admitted that contracts can be broken.

Sport Bild now reports that mutual team sponsor Santander, keen to make room at Ferrari for Alonso, has agreed to pay McLaren €25m if it will give Raikkonen a race seat next year.

And in the Spanish newspaper El Mundo, Alonso was asked what he thought of Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo's comments about Ferrari hoping to announce its drivers for 2010 "soon".

"He said it is going to be soon but I don't know when," Alonso responded. "I have taken my decision more or less, but there are several options, not just one."

I'm being incrediably biased here, but I'm going to take that as postive.

It means after crashgate ferrari now don't want anything to do with alonso, and with kimis damn good performances they're keeping him.

:) I like that one! Kimi and Felipe at Ferrari.Nico can go to McLaren (cos Brawn may well keep Brichello on the back of his good results) And Alonso?????.......He can go sling mud around another team :D

If we're talking good lineups here - then brawn drop button and keep rubens and get rosberg. Of course after rubens kicks jensons bottom in the championship.
