Nah, I'm sure they have a 2 year life cycle, excluding discontinued HDD sizes. The Zune HD also has a OLED Screen and HDMI output, neither of which the Touch does, and if your in the US it also has built-in HD Radio, but we use a different type so its useless for non-americans.
Oh yeah and it connects to the Xbox, and that has a much larger chance of being able to play FLAC seeing as iPod's only play .m4a/.m4p/.mp3/.ACC and the Zune plays all of them (good for people switching from the iTunes Store).
Or maybe not. A quick google search only comes up with the following player: http://www.chinavasion.com/product_info ... file-king/ which seems to be good for the money, but being brandless and looking somewhat like a Nokia cell/mobile phone makes it seem :/
But it plays FLAC and just about every other filetype so if its genuine then its a bargain.
