Erm no... I like actual sportscar companies entering F1 teams. I'd love to see a full works Mercedes Benz F1 team like the 1950s. And as for Ferrari becoming only an engine supplier

I would like that too, especially if Audi or Porsche joined. I doubt it though, Germans are tight with their money!

There is a bit of hypocrisy in that don't you think? Lewis has run backmarkers into the grass because he felt they were in his way. He has had practically the entire field of drivers complain about his driving, whereas while I certainly didn't like Schumacher, he typically was only aggressive with those he was battling for position with. Not that his antics were much better than Lewis'....but it certainly is funny to see a few confirmed Michael haters use his driving as a reason why Lewis should be condoned.

On the second point, what I am saying is that when a real man does something wrong and gets caught, he doesn't hold a press conference doing everything he can to point the blame at the team who has supported him through all of his mistakes. The team who never uttered a complaint when he beached the car and cost them a championship. The team who never complained when he rear ended a car in pit lane because he wasn't paying attention....or another car on a straightaway for the same reason. The team has not complained as his war with Alonso cost them so much. He should have had the dignity to shut his mouth and simply apologize for lying repeatedly about Trulli and he should have begged Trulli's forgiveness for cheating him....yet he had to throw the team under the bus instead. His assurance that the only reason he lied is because he is just such a loyal team player and followed direction is ridiculous beyond words. He has never shown the loyalty that his team has shown him....but you are correct in your saying he is a barefaced liar.

Yes, stealing points was a bad thing...but Trulli had lost control of his car behind a safety car which is certainly humiliating but then after the race Trulli was also called a cheater by McLaren....which had to feel even worse for him. To say that Hamilton only deserves to lose the amount of points he had stolen from Trulli...and ignore the fact that he attempted to do damage to Trulli's reputation in the process is simply not enough in my mind. What Lewis and McLaren did was not a victimless crime...they were attempting to hurt Trulli and Toyota....and they have yet to pay any penalty for that action. As a child when you stole a candy bar from the grocery store, they didn't just make you give it back and not let you have a candy bar for that day....you likely got your butt spanked as well in order to teach you that when you steal something and get caught...it isn't just returned and forgotten. Lewis wasn't stealing a candy bar, he was stealing millions of dollars in points from Toyota and Trulli and he was stealing Trulli's good name by saying that Trulli's assertion that he was allowed to pass was a lie. Had they attempted to steal so much in the real world and been caught...giving it back and calling it a day would certainly not have been the prosecutions idea of fair. They have not yet been penalized enough in my mind. We shall see tomorrow.

He didn't say he was misled by his team manager who told him what to say....'and I did' ? Those were not his words? He certainly DID say the team made him do it. There was nothing 'big' of him said that day.

When was Trulli called a cheater by McLaren? When he told the truth, that he was allowed to pass, and McLaren repeatedly said he had taken the position unfairly. That is calling Trulli a liar. When Trulli is penalized heavily for it, and McLaren continues to lie...that is stealing. If you can't wrap your head around any of that...then you are a Hamilton fan.

Nah, you missed the nail and hit your thumb. I like McLaren, they used to be my team when I disliked Michael for driving like....well, like Lewis. When they acquired Alonso and had this hot new rookie...I was overjoyed to see the season play out. But poor management and a disappointing rookie have forced me into being a fan without a favorite team.

You were correct in assuming I do not like Hamilton though. As to Hamilton fans,I don't dislike them at all. The ones who get all emotional anytime Lewis' faults are point out can be rather annoying though. Still, they have a right to their opinion and all...as do I.
