Hey I see votes, but no comments :@
That defeats the purpose. The poll is for numbers, but members are more than numbers, we need you to come forward and say if your going or not.

mind you the 2 yes's are probably 7up and me?

Actually a vote needs no explanation because the vote say's it all  .

You could fix it by having a post designated as the vote collector with name such as:

Yes: Ewee, 7up, racechick, etc.

No: DD, etc.

and have everybody copy this post and add their names to it...

Wouldn't the identity of ones opinion lead to more :bs: ? Best left completely anonymous imo.

Huh? It's just a way of tallying who's going and who's not. No voicing of opinions...

I disagree and please dont ask me for another explanation as I do not have the desire to continue.

hey guys,

I'm stuck, I really want to go to Silverstone!

I can go, my mate probably won't be allowed to go.. So I'm actually thinking about going to the gp myself! Anyone know if theres like any decent public transport around there? As you know I'm from Scotland.. so I was looking at a train to Banbury or MK.. But then I'm a little bit f*cked.. as I would need to get a taxi by the sounds of it, and then try and navigate my way to one of the campsites (Yes, I'd be camping alone! :P).

I need to book soon if I'm gonna go, so do any of the "Silverstone regulars" know about transport, and if theres any cheapish campsites? I don't really want to pay £20 a night to stay in a field if I can help it!

Oh, and I'm looking at a 3 day ticket for Copse E, I know its a pretty crappy seat, but it's what my budget allows, and the Roaving ticket will be good for Friday and Saturday :P

Cheers ;)

Are there any trains that go down to Northampton? Or what you could do is find a way to Northampton from wherever you go to by Train and then use the special "Park and Ride" service which operates on the British GP weekend from Northampton Town Football Club's ground. I think you would need to purchase a Park and Ride pass when you order your tickets.

Also I would recommend the Windmill Farm campsite which is next to Copse, I think it is something like £15 a night if memory serves me right.
