Was thinking of you Han
As was I.

OMG you have got that wierd eyed bloke from the advert as your avatar lol
Good question. I always found that advert slightly creepy.
Congratulations to Heikki. Whilst he wouldn't have won under normal circumstances, he was set for a podium finish today, which is an improvement over recent form. Hopefully this will boost his confidence in the same way as last year at Renault.
Even his form today was mediocre. Hamilton was lapping much, much faster than him in the sister McLaren. Still, as you say, he was on for a podium. Hopefully, this victory will be the springboard required to improve his performances and win more races.
Secondly, it was unfortunate for Massa who was clearly the driver of the day and the most deserving of the victory. Glock really impressed me today, too, especially after bouncing back from his huge accident and the second one for him of this season.
Was Massa the driver of the day? He made a great start, albeit from the clean side of the grid, fair enough. After that, he just did what he usually does: lead from the front, which is not tricky to do in a car with decent race pace and is kind to its tyres, and on a circuit which makes overtaking almost impossible. Glock, for me, was driver of the day. He came back from his nasty accident, looked very quick all weekend, out-qualified his qualifying specialist teammate and drove extremely well in the race. Up until now his season has been mediocre. Like Piquet (and hopefully Kovalainen), Glock will start to get better as well.
ITV really annoyed me by only showing Lewis' reaction on the TV today. We had a first-time winner, a first-time podium visitor and an entertaining race, considering it was Hungary, but all we got was that one clip. I really wanted to hear from Heikki, just like I wanted to hear from Nelson two weeks ago.
I agree, although am not really surprised. ITV are a complete joke. The BBC can't come soon enough.
I don't think that's the case. The Toyota has shown on several occasions this year that it has the pace to challenge Ferrari and McLaren on their off-days and this kind of performance bodes well for them. They've been working for several seasons now to get things right and I think that, like Red Bull, they have finally started to do so. Maybe next year will be another step forward for them.
The Toyota may not be as bad a car as 8-Ball made out, but it's nowhere near as good as a Ferrari or McLaren. Massa did what only what was expected of him as far as I'm concerned. Glock exceeded expectations, getting on the podium in a Toyota after his accident and having a pretty average season anyway.
I know what you mean and that was maybe a bit harsh, but it's a team sport that depends on the team providing support and a car that makes it to the finish, Even Schumacher wouldn't have the number of championships (never mind races) he got were it not for the poor reliability of other teams, possibly the same could be said for Alonso but saying 'If this' or 'If that' doesnt take any of that away from them.
What kept Schumacher in the title race from 1998 to 2000 and Alonso in the title race in 2005 and 2006 was poor McLaren reliability. Get over it.
Hey, I didn't know that Heikki is now the 100th winner of F1 race
.
That's a nice round number.
Kovalainen finished 11 seconds clear of Toyota’s Timo Glock after leader Felipe Massa retired three laps from the chequered flag.
His win marks the third successive victory for the team and makes Kovalainen the 100th Formula One winner since the World Championship began in 1950.
linky
A pretty nice touch added to Kovalainen's win, then.

In terms of other people about whom we've not spoken now. Raikkonen showed that he did have some pace after all, coming alive in the second half of the race. It's a bit late for that, son! You should have been banging the laps in yesterday afternoon. Raikkonen is simply not performing well enough. Ferrari need to tell him to get his act together and to stop masquerading as a racing driver. Both Renaults looked very strong today. With Piquet starting to get his own house in order, the team should be able to realise their potential, score more points, and thus keep their chances of coming forth in the constructors' title alive. BMW are losing out in the development race, but they're choosing the correct path. They've achieved their aims for this season and were never realistic title contenders.
