Went out on his installation lap and stopped due to failure....then went out again, and the same failure, so he did less than 2 laps in FP1.

The worst 600th GP celebration ever. They've got to be wishing for 2014 just as badly as McLaren. Hopefully the Mercedes relationship will be a long a fruitful one.

Went out on his installation lap and stopped due to failure....then went out again, and the same failure, so he did less than 2 laps in FP1.

Agreed, but I wouldnt mind Vettel getting stuck in 5th gear again

Nothing is sweeter than beating a guy that's trying his hardest. I'd rather Mercedes gain their points on Red Bull by passing them instead passing by them if and when they break.

Can't forget the Nurburgring 2011 race between Lewis, Mark and Fonzo, 3 guys going at it as hard as you want the entire race. One of Lewis' best ever victories, easily a Top 5 for me.

Mark Hughes analysing practise and the play out between Red Bull and Mercedes. He suggests, given low fuel pace in the morning, that Merc may have been running heavier than Red Bull in the afternoon. He looks at the possible lead Red Bull OR Mercedes may have depending on those fuel levels.

I'm hoping that Ferrari have not properly sorted Alonsos car and it fails on the final corner of the final lap.
