This was very close! Except for a runaway winner. Ive awarded a point for every correct driver in the top ten and a point for every driver in the correct place. Heres’ the results

Wow hahaha can't believe I won Sometimes you just get lucky, I guess.

Very interesting stats mnm, unsurprising (but sad) that Coulthard and Barrichello's percentages are so low! Now we have 12 drivers who have accomplished this feat. A big congrats to Vettel and Hamilton.

Stick at it Andrew, you'll get one! I'll try to think up another competition but its difficult these days to find something that can't just be looked up.

The 9 Drivers to win the WDC in a season that their team did not also win the constructors.
6 teams are involved here, so 6 teams have had drivers win the WDC when the team didnt win the constructors

Each of the teams has been in this position once except a team that has had this honour 4 times

So traditionally they had drivers who were better than the team

and they now have Button and Perez

3 out of the 4 have been under Ron Dennis' leadership (1986, 199 and 2008). The first instance was in 1976 when Jame Hunt won the drivers title.
