They didn't struggle at the end though did they. If you're getting poles and race wins I'm sorry to say that it tends to say you're car is pretty quick...

Even then Red Bull got 3 wins and 4 poles in the first half of the season - struggled at the start of the season my arse! :hehe::rolleyes:

Oh, your arse struggled, too? With what? :P

Races 1 to 13: 3 poles and 3 wins. Vettel 4th and Webber 5th in the drivers.

Pretty poor by RBR standards based on the previous 2 seasons.

Small correction for you - indeed 4 poles in that period as Webber is recognised as polesitter at Monaco. Regardless - not really 'struggling' in the slightest, absolutely no freaking way.

And just to further weight this 'not struggling' theory, Red Bull were definitely second quickest car at the opener at Melbourne AND they led the WCC from Bahrain (round FOUR) onward!

There's no correction needed. On lap times Schumacher was on pole but they benefitted from his penalty. So the 2nd fastest guy was on pole.

Doesn't matter how you paint it Scotty, they were struggling by their standards based on the previous 2 seasons!

They were the only team being consistent with both drivers in reasonable point paying positions so clearly that's why they were doing well in the constructors but they were not doing quite so well in the drivers. If anything McLaren and Ferrari were the fastest early on. RBR were 3rd fastest at best. Luckily they came good later on.

And? The Red Bull didn't come good until Singapore by which time most of the season was past. The Ferrari was faster than the Red Bull but the McLaren was the fastest but the team were not at their best. As I said, based on the previous 2 season where RBR walked over everyone this season was a struggle. Get it yet?

You still are not properly reading what I wrote!

I have said all along, based on their form in the previous 2 seasons where RBR they struggled.

I've explained my point as clearly as I can. If you don't understand that, it is not my problem. Move on, accept that we are not going to agree and go play with someone else.

That only applies if there's a prima Donna in the team. Surly the best pairing is two outright races that are happy to go up against each other and are capable of scoring in that situation. That rules out a few top drivers.
