Currently watching a show called "Skyview". Seems to be about weird stuff in GB, like buried Viking ships, burial mounds, and huge figures with impressive equipment outlined on hillsides. Pretty interesting, and considering there is no F1 or skiing on TV right now it beats the Hell out of playing cards.

Chalk figures are strange to see. I do not live far from the Vale Of The White House. I am sure every now and then someone paints it

Got my first of 3 planned tattoos today. It was a woozy drive back home, no food for 6 hours and bleeding little droplets during that time. :hehe:

Do you have unplanned tattoos

I hate needles so none for me

I can never get a grasp on what scares people about needles, they're no more painful than someone flicking your arm (except for tattoo needles)

I have no tattoo's but I have always been a little interested getting something on my ribs somewhere.

My fear goes back to basic military training. The have a novel system for inoculations. Anyway the guy in front of me had an injection, within about 2 second shouted "is my arm supposed to look like that" his arm had gone up like a balloon. A curtain went across 2 seconds later it opened again my mate was gone and the nurse was ready with my injection.

Try getting a cortisone shot or two in your elbow sometime. Better yet, have the fluid drained from your knee ... they use really big needles for that ... in reverse!

Understandable, but does that mean you'd be scared of getting something as simple as a flu jab which comes in a small needle and is given to millions of people every year with extremely low complications. I've been offered it three times but I refuse to have it because I'm in good health and I never get the flu anyway so I'd rather let my immune system learn the natural way.

I'm young and healthy no bone/cartilage issues here yet TOUCH WOOD, I've had a needle the size of the cortisone injections in my knee before when the nurse had to numb my knee to stitch it back up after I sliced it open / chunk out of it falling over :( whilst that needle hurt like crazy there was no fear or anything as it was being used to help me.

I've never had a problem with needles from an early age they were pretty trivial to me so I am quite comfortable both being injected and injecting someone else. I had to inject my brother quite regularly in the stomach as my parents and he were unable to get over the mental fear of injecting someone else/themselves where as I was "meh, I'll do it. *jab*" lol

Do you fear needles or do you just dislike them or do you fear the "potential" pain?

Apparently having tattoo's on your ribs is one of the most painful tattoos to have especially if you're skinny... which is a little worrying considering I'm very skinny, I was thinking before of having a big scorpion on my left or right side of my ribs with his pincers going towards my head (either one lol) because my star sign is Scorpio so it seemed fitting.
