Edit: How great would that engine be in a Honda civic!!!

Probably not that great as you'd have to get it fixed every 200-300 miles! :hehe:

And that's different to a normal Honda Civic how?

I've never driven a Civic so I can't comment...; I may have done if the US version was the same as the UK version with the triangular exhausts!

Yeah they are all built 5 minutes up the road from me. For some reason though I was thinking more of the old style Civics.

Why not just add another cylinder. I dont see why not.

Why not just turn the volume switch up :yikes:

That would mean no grandstands or people on a hill.

I don't know what the difference is between the Canadian and other versions of the Honda Civic;
but, my fellow countrymen have chosen it over other small cars and made it the top selling car in
its class for the past 14 years.

Canada is not exactly like a center of informed decision makers. It doesnt reflect anything but a small country attached to the US and loyal to the crown. A population of 4 million (IIRC) is hardly gonna be taken seriously as far as social trends etc

I stand corrected, 35 is bigger than 4 :D

:director: get your facts straight!

It's not far out, as orders of magnitude go it's only about 1

I did say IIRC - and also didnt do 6 pages of twisting and turning the facts before finally accepting they were wrong :hehe:

Rounding to 4M is a concept we teach in the junior grades; but, as adults,
I'm sure it's more sensible/accountable to round to the 3.5 M, instead!

p.s. with google, you needn't depend upon your recall capabilities! :wavey:

These engines this year are 1% slower but use 33% less fuel. That's actually pretty cool

The engine power was a secondary but major point with me about the 2014 changes. The sound was/is the biggest. Trying to find my positive, I have to say the speed of this years cars is not as bad as I feared, and I do believe there is still more speed to be found.

Having said all that :) , how do you arrive at 1% slower?

You're welcome.
