At ducati he wouldn´t have been as good, he would of been over shadowed by the awesome aussie

Least in Yamaha Rossi is just showing the kid the ropes :hehe:

So i think when Rossi has rtired it will be Lorenzo V Stoner.... :cloud9:

This weekend i think it will be a fight between the Yamaha boys, Rossi will have the edge again! But Lorenzo will have somthing special....

Predictions please and stats

I am not yet sure about US GP.Last year it rained and race was pretty slow, and i don't think the circuit is good.Too much twists and turns.
Would have loved to have the F1 configuration for MotoGP as well, now that would have been incredible,it probably would have resulted in broken backs as well :hehe:

Awsome race from Lorenzo

So glad it finally came round, i was thinking of jumping ships lol. Rossi has a dissapointing race :banghead:

was really hoping for a Yamaha 1-2!!!!!!

Nicky Hayden did a awesome race!! Just so surprised at Pedrosa and Rossi. Could only watch little glimpses of the race but was well deserved for Captain America :wavey:

Will do a more detailed little VB report on Tusday!!!

Can´t wait for the next race. This really proves to be an awesome season so far!!!

noob rossi :hehe:

Man Pedrosa ahaha, after such mindless domination in every session and then make first mistake of the race weekend, lol good thing he isn't in the title fight otherwise he would be banging his head right now.
Lorenzo did super, under pressure after crashing in 2 previous races and seeing his rivals going down in the race.
hmm maybe rossi was feeling a bit lonely with 50 points lead.

Title race is back on...ish. Kinda like in F1. Rossi would be a fool to chuck it away still even with Lorenzo closing in, he should have enough of a lead. Same with Button. It's theirs to loose

Agree, but it is lonely at the top. The chances of Lorenzo winning is very slim. But the thought is nice :P But Rossi falling was juts unknown to me. In Spain i bought myself the 7times WRC shirt. They didn't have the 8 one. Very nice i must say, when he fell down everyone pointed and laughed just as i was walking away. So i ran back and saw he had fallen....Shame really

Was hoping for a VR/46 V Lorenzo fight. But this does ad a nice shake up to the battle

What does people think about having weight hadicap in moto gp?.

I don't know a lot about the sport, tune in sometimes. It always seems to me that cus Pedrossa is the size of a small child it gives him about a three second headstart in the opening lap, power to weight ratio.

Surely this is unfair? Or is there anything that his lack of size would work against him?

Is there no minimum weight in Moto GP
I don't know, but PeDrosa really does seem to benefit of the start line. It's insane the starts he has at times.

Then again on other hand, you have Lorenzo who makes awful start after awful start. He's lighter than Rossi, which makes me think its more about weight distribution and how the bike is designed around a rider.

Also, on the PeDrosa to Ducati story, you have to wonder. The ducati can win races, clearly. But could PeDrosa win races on it. I mean, he could switch to Ducati and it could all fit into place and he'd be on better form than ever. Or it could be the opposite, and he'd made to look like a muppet languishing towards the back of the field. Is it a risk worth taking?

Exactly. I find it strange the regulations are completely different, but then FIA have said they do not want to punish future drivers for there weight or height. In which both is the same.

Lorenzo makes horrible starts, which i don't understand? But he clearly comes alive near to the end of the race....
