or

You guys are hopeless.

I have more respect for Lewis now than his fans over here. He was man enough to come clean, admit quilt and say sorry. You instead keep squirming trying to make up ways of defending them and repeating that same FIA is against Mclaren-chant over and over again. Pathetic.

Just a quick thought regarding Mclaren's once again floundering position in formula 1. Makes me wonder why Ron Dennis stepped down, maybe it was to prove to the world that he maintains his integrity and the men at the heart of the Ferrari SPYgate scandal, the men/employees who mislead Mr Dennis, the world and the FIA are finally being outed. Mclaren should make a clean sweep at boardroom level and get back down to racing and employing racing men and not politicians, who we know find it difficult to produce the truth at any time.

All this aside, I agree that Lewis has been suitably punished, I believe that Mclaren have been punished, they are not competitive just yet, therefore what benefit would it be to disqualify either the team or Lewis. Lets just draw a line under this whole saga and move on. Conduct unbecoming of a sportsman - that is not uncommon in any sport. The British nation forgave David Beckham, let's leave young Mr Hamilton alone now.

I want to enjoy racing again, I can do without all the politics being played out in the Media. Everyone makes mistakes, like The Silverstone security guards who wanted to see Eccleston's racing pass before letting him into the track - that lost them the British Grand Prix.............

my view is, mclaren would of got away with it if LH kept his mouth shut in that interview.

good to see the FIA cracking down though, I know it sucks that it took 4 days to do so but you have to take into account mclaren lied and through them off and plus the GP was the following weekend, we cant have all things instant. Its also great to see trulli get the points he deserves

McCheaters strike again! It's bad enough cheating to make your car go faster, but by forcing an opponent into a penalty as well? They are the scum of the earth...

Yeh because your man Schumcher never cheated at all did he?

you stupid hypocrite

deMure is as blind a lamb as they come
Surely he would have to condone cheating before you could claim hypocrisy..?

by attacking McLaren (which is the only reason he even shows up on here) dont you think he does?

His Driver lost Hill the championship and nearly lost vilenerve the championship yet he goes on about Mclaren loosing trulli points.

Mclaren weren't cheating then they just withheld info also.

He wants to moan about cheating he should go make a post about times schui cheated.

Attacking McLaren = condoning cheating..?

I still don't think you understand what exactly hypocrisy actually is. Supporting a driver that cheated is not the same as condoning their cheating.

Also, withholding information falls under cheating.

cheat: a deception for profit to yourself
