1-2 for McLaren at Monaco, it's written in the stars. I can see it, oh yes I can. :D

MyImagesays otherwise :P

Sad thing is, if it is a 1-2 Jenson Lewis, some so-called "McLaren" fans will find a way to piss on the accomplishment as though it really matters what order.

I'm pro McLaren all the way for this.

Too soon for a return to the top step of the podium for Nico. We have a few more drivers to go before any repeats. :hehe:

I'm just saying...

Well yeah, for Lewis to come behind Jenson in Monaco I'd expect at least a 5 place penalty/drive through during the race weekend for Lewis. :D

Not the way he's handling himself this year. :)

If Grosjean wins I'll be more than happy for him. I just don't want to see McLaren scrapping for the lower reaches of the points again. :irked:

This.

Grosjean or Raikkonen (but preferablly Grosjean because he hasn't won a race in Formula 1) winning would add this season to the history books. 6 different winners from 6 different constructors in the first 6 grands prix. :)

Lewis second though. AT LEAST. AT LEAST!!

ESPNF1:

McLaren set to offer Lewis Hamilton £100m contract

McLaren is set to offer Lewis Hamilton another five-year contract worth in excess of £100 million, according to reports from Monaco.

A basic salary of £20 million a year would make Hamilton the highest-paid British sportsman in the world before endorsements. Although formal talks have yet to take place, it is thought McLaren, which has always made clear a desire to retain him, is now ready to start the process.

If the new deal comes off then it will ensure that his partnership with Jenson Button continues until at least the end of the 2014 season. Button signed a three-year extension to his existing contract at the end of 2011.

Hamilton, who is the final year of his current deal, did not always appear at ease with the team during what was a difficult 2011 season but he has returned to close to his best form in 2012. "Something has definitely changed this year," he said on Wednesday. "Things are a lot better. Just in life. That's enabling me to get on with my job without having any baggage. I don't have any baggage this year."

Take THAT you conspirators

Ive read differing reports, one they want to cut his salary,

http://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/mclar ... =2&s=1&i=5

two they want to increase it
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/motors ... tract.html

Its all speculation until Lewis and mclaren speak out. But it sounds like Leiwis' management company arent doing such a bad job after all.
