FACT: LH and NR and MERC are the only things worthwhile speaking about this season. Everyone else needs to hang their head in shame. Well, not William and Force India. :thumbup:

That's a bit harsh on Alonso and Ricciardo to be honest. Both have done excellent jobs in average cars!

I'd say they've done OK in SHiT3 cars.

FACT: When LH is not winning, it's because everyone is conspiring against him... :twisted:

I would say that Nico has got inside Lewis' head at this stage of the battle; three wins on the bounce for Rosberg now while Lewis is very critical of his team, strategies and equipment!

3 on the bounce? Was I watching a different Canadian GP?

:yes::confused::yes:

That should have said, finishing ahead of Lewis, not wins...
#405584
He did not finish in front of Lewis in Canada. Because Lewis did not finish.

Alright, I will clarify again, NR outscored LH in the last 3 races...

If this continues Merc are going to start scratching their heads as to why they recruited Hamilton and are paying him so much more than Rosberg.

Actually, that was just as legitimate a point as the one that's being made about why Ferrari re-signed Kimi!!
Much as I'm a Kimi fan, I'm not blind to the fact that he hasn't lived up to expectations, yet, this year.
I won't be turning my back on him, regardless of how much negativity comes from other people, because
I do understand that it's not just up to the driver to win races/titles.

I was thinking more of the team leader aspect at Mercedes that Rosberg seems to be filling quite adequately lately, why bring in a top gun and pay extra if you already have a driver that is capable? This would be different than the Kimi 2014 situation I think, more comparable though to Kimi 2009 if we are using Kimi as a benchmark!

You make an interesting observation, using Kimi as a benchmark Hamilton would have contributed 40 points to his teammates 165, no wins, no podiums and would be languishing 8 places down from his teammate in the WDC race. Hardly worth a salary indeed.

Perhaps because the guy who is 'filling the team leader aspect quite adequately', does so by copying the data of the guy they brought in and paid lots of money to.

Not to mention the kudos of having a world champion of Hamilton's stature in the team.
