This was sent to me on Facebook from a friend in Bristol.

From James Allen on F1 www .....Last year after the race at the Nurburgring, I went into the Red Bull motorhome to congratulate Mark Webber on his first Formula 1 victory.
There was no sign of Webber, but team principal Christian Horner and Dr Helmut Marko were deep in conversation next to the bar. Both looked pretty serious. Webber had won the ... See morerace while Vettel had finished second, largely due to being rather tentative in qualifying, where he ended up fourth. I watched him very closely that weekend and spoke to him several times and I felt that he was really feeling the pressure of a home Grand Prix where you are expected to win.
Mark Webber’s partner Ann Neal came out of the drivers’ area and walked across the room. One of the team said something like, “Isn’t it fantastic, Mark’s win?” To which she replied rather tartly, “I’m glad someone around here is pleased.” And indeed it did seem more like a wake than a celebration.

At this stage in his F1 racing Webber will not want to go to another team to develop their car for the two or more years it will take to improve. RedBull is it. Mark is focused on the World Championship and I think if he cannot do it this year with Redbull he will try in 2011 for Redbull again. Then retire. If strong results are not there in 2011 he wouldn't have a drive in 2012. But still a good innings in F1.

A lot of people don't like their employers.

I hate mine, he does my head in. He's an idiot making stupid decisions ,out completely for himself, and Im stuck with it. Id like to kick his face...but I cant . so I guess I have to leave.

I think right now he probably doesnt give a s**t about his employer... but unless he were moving to a team like Ferari or Mclaren, or any team that doesnt need too much "bring the car up from scratch", then he would just rather give it a good shot at Red Bull for 1-2 seasons and then go home. Maybe this is where the Ferrari rumours started...
