So if they are breaking the laws will they loose the win?

they'll prob do a Ferrari in 2007 after Oz.

mind you it is illigal so they might take the points off them for the last 3 races.

Which would mean nico rosberg would of had a "win"

If it was Macca then yes,

Well yes, I know they would, but its red bull. So what do you reckon?

Nah, they'll probably award them double points, give Sebastian a proper haircut and knight Christian Horner

MMM. Well if they dont ban them, the minimum they can do is remove Sebastian Vettel's right index finger!

That's a nice dream, but alas, they wouldn't do it to Red Bull. Too much money, not enough friction with the FiA.

Redbull are saying they don't have a ride height system. Horner said FIA officials went over their car and found nil! Infact it's Redbull who will be protesting McLaren iif they use such a device in China.

Horner is up to something, that's for damn sure. There is no way they've not got a trick in hand, we've seen and heard the car scrape its behind along the road in quali. How then is he able to so casually deny it? Makes me damn worried they've found an airtight loophole

Whitmarsh told that he has an idea what Red Bull might have going on and have theirs in China, but why we all thing it's definitely a ride-height control system?

I doubt it's a traditional way of controlling the ride height.

 A thought! What if McLaren put in their ride height thing deliberately to get it banned so that they can now challenge red bull's? And if they do that successfully, then red bull will have used an illegal device,so do they have to give their win up?

The Malaysia win? No. See Ferrari's flexi-floor in Australia 2007, Renault's mass-damper wins etc.

Only way to find out is to inspect Redbulls ride height during Q and then before the race start to see if it changes!

It will change even without active suspension :P
