Nooo it happened more than once last season alone.
Rising number one of Formula 1, Juan - Juan, one wonders should Juan only win one Formula 1 one year, would Juan have won that one in round one, Juan??

Yep. I use autosport.com and the BBC tv coverage mostly.
Theres never equals in mclaren. Just look at there history with teammates, it cant be just coincidence.
Not always equal talent no. But equality of opportunity-yes.
Yeah, and the apparent greater talent has gotten new parts sooner, etc - which is just not equality. The only true equality occurs at the very start then goes out the window, or so the evidence points strongly towards.
apparent greater talent? dont you mean greater talent... hell why not even just say names instead of insinuating. Lewis got new parts Heikki didnt.....common sense really. But youre right nothing is truelly equal in sport but its the same in all F1 teams i still dont know why McLaren is always brought up when every other bloody team operates in the same direction.
But on McLaren if they wanted a 1 and 2 driver then why not just keep Heikki?

Ugh, over defensive much?
1 - i say apparent greater talent cause of cases like 2007 ie where the driver lineup is equally matched (and this season too i guess!)
2 - McLaren always claim equal treatment which is why they're brought up when it isn't the case! Not to mention the fact that this thread is about them
3 - they're not gonna win any WCC's with Kovalainen driving for them are they?

Button has to do more of what he did last weekend to compete with Lewis.
Button has to do more of what he did last weekend to compete with Lewis.
What would that be? Hoping for rain?

Not necessarly, just boxing clever.

Like this?
1- Equal treatment in 2007-hence Fernando's tantrum. Equal treatment this year to the point of redeploying engineers to prevent lewis having the advantage of knowing his engineer.
2-They do give equal opportunity to both drivers until one cannot mathematically win.
3-Agreed(I got a load of stick however for saying he wasnt as good as Lewis when he was appointed)
over defensive or fed up?
1. Apparent greater talent when referring to Lewis and Heikki???
2. Name a team that doesnt claim equal treatment!
3. hey technically they didnt win one with Alonso and Hamilton, They cant have two top drivers on equal terms, they cant have one stronger driver because he is supposedly favoured so what do you suggest they do?
