In todays society one is a representative of all the actions inside and outside of the work place, one never knows what contacts the other has and should be aware of potential ramifications. Should Lewis be banned or fined absolutely not but reality depicts that one must always be aware of how something is taken/percieved by outsiders, someone is ALWAYS watching :wink: .

Are you Australian and do you fully understand the traffic laws setforth, I doubt it even if you have some Australian 25th cousins :rolleyes: .
