Exaggeration much!
I agree with you on everything except the last paragraph
,some people really get carried away with their predictions or what they think is happening in the McLaren camp.McLaren are a business, they will do what is necessary to promote that business. Know matter what you think of Lewis he is at McLaren because of his talent,he has proven himself time and time again, not just in F1.You really need to read up on Lewis race history and his relationship with McLaren.
The fact is, Kovalalinen is not good enough to be a McLaren driver,he is two slow . McLaren could of won the constructors last year if they had another driver that was as quick as Lewis. You really think Lewis cares if his team mate is fast,he would want that for the team.I think he has shown what he can do against fast drivers, remember silverstone and kimi in the rain, remember Alonso and Lewis in 2007.
"He is welcome to buy his way out" lol,is this some kind of soap opera you are dreaming about, right now Lewis and McLaren are laughing their heads off.
"McLaren was around long before lewis",who said they were not,you sound like you are angry over something that is not even happening. You talk about Lewis's dad, wouldn't you want the best deal for your son? i mean, you would hand it to some stranger calling himself an agent, making million while pimping your son for the highest bidder. He has put eighteen years into his sons career, working three jobs, making sure he has everything to proceed in this expensive sport, you really think he is going to hand it over to some money grabbing agent?
Anthony sent Lewis over to Ron Dennis at that signing, while getting Ron's autograph Lewis introduced himself by saying "Hi I'm Lewis Hamilton. I won the British Championship and one day I want to be racing your cars,"come on,this is a chess move, years later McLaren signed him, karma baby.
How many of you here, kind of wish you had a farther driving you that way, even though you love your own father,it still takes a special kind of dad, many try and fail.
Lewis has had a great career in and outside F1,winning many titles, this alone has earned him the right to be where he is today. McLaren know they only come along every so often, this is one of those moments in the groups long great racing history so. They have a champ amongst champs on their books, they will do everything in their power to make sure he is given the tools to win, some drivers are given the tools ,but unfortunately don't win.
You are a McLaren fan,but you have let your personal feelings get in the way,are you really a true McLaren fan? You don't have to like him, but at least stay loyal to the team, don't bad mouth him for nothing other than your dislike, you might as well be bad mouthing McLaren.

Their are fans and fans i guess..
I completely agree with everything Kovalainen is saying. It is absolutely true that, for the most part, on the few occasions on which upgrades were rushed out for Grands Prix, that Kovalainen has not been given first refusal, and that Kovalainen has often had to carry more fuel than Hamilton in qualifying.
However, Kovalainen is only telling part of the story, and he knows this full well. Kovalainen's performances in the races themselves has been so lamentable that he is not deserving of getting the first call on new parts and fuel levels. I would be disgusted to see Kovalainen given those privileges, as he has been a total liability for McLaren. This season is more telling than last about Kovalainen's performances. Overall, Kovalainen has had just as many chances, if not more, to win races than Hamilton, but he has taken none of them. In these instances, he can blame nobody but himself.
I desperately hope McLaren have the guts to tell Hamilton and his father to get lost. That Kovalainen will not be allowed to linger at McLaren, which, whilst ensuring Hamilton has the best possible chance of success, will handicap the team as a whole. If Hamilton does not like this, fearing a talented team mate, he is very welcome and entitled to buy his way of his contract. McLaren was around long before Hamilton came about and will be around long after he is gone.
