The "we don't know yet" would suggest that his performance in Germany was rather important and it didn't exactly go to plan for Piquet. I feel a little sorry for him but he's clearly not good enough for F1. If he's not out now then it probably won't be long before he is.

At the same time, i'd much rather Di Grassi got the promotion to race driver until the end of the year, to let Grojean contest for the GP2 crown. He'll be in the Renault in 2010 no matter what anyways.

Bruno Senna to replace Piquet for the rest of the season please. :)

Yeah but then he might turn out to be a waste of space, like everyone has labelled Piquuet.

If he turns out to be crap so be it, but at least the Renault is semi-decent, unlike the Toro Rosso.

Yeah, Grosjean is being very complacent in GP2 as if he knows that seat will be his and he doesn't have to do anything. I would definately rather see Di Grassi win it on merit, and then Grosjean will realise his big mistake of driving as if he couldn't be arsed.

The second seat at Renault is Grosjean's not Di Grassi's. I will be delighted to see Grosjean behind the wheel of a very much improved R29 for Budapest.

Nah, Piquet and Bourdais should do a straight swap.

But why give the remaining races to Di Grassi instead of Grosjean? Grosjean will benefit more from finishing off this years F1 season instead of finishing of this years GP2 season. He will be better prepared for the F1 season in 2010.

I think him winning the GP2 series would certainly give him more credit. I mean he's being thrown in at the deep end if he's put in place in Hungary. He could possibly sink. I suppose it is a gamble
