Webbers been quicker a lot (fuel adjusted). I think he does prefer the heavier car-better set up for the race, but I was suprised in Monacco where being lighter is such an advantage and he was easily quicker than Vettel in Q2. I wonder if that was his choice?? Go on Webber!! Kick arse!

Yeh apparently Helmut Marko wasnt happy Webber beat Vettel in Spain. added to the fact Webber always seems to have the heavier fuel loads for Q3. Now that might be partly his choice especially just in Monaco, where he was 15kg heavier on fuel.

Now, doesn't that story sound familiar..?

:P

Yeah! I remember in Monaco 2007 when lewis was way quicker than Alonso yet Alonso got the light fuel load!

I was not talking about it happening on a specific weekend, but for an entire season. And your point is irrelevant, seeing as Hamilton got three laps less fuel than Alonso at Silverstone despite Alonso being nearly three tenths up in Q2 (not to mention that being 0.048 slower in Q2 does not count as being way quicker) :P

Yep I believe Lewis was given Silverstone and Alonso was given Spain.

But actually we were talking about Monaco (are you refering to the time lewis was blocked? If so check out the times for that whole weekend to see who was quicker.)

Monaco is a really hard track to read performance from, especially the KERS cars, as I don't think they get the full advantage of KERS compared to a longer/faster track.

The tight slow corners will hopefully suit Buttons driving style, as he will look after his tyres and get the 1 or 2 (essential) extra laps out of his super softs, which always serve him well when it comes to pitting.

There is no doubt however that all the teams will improve their cars as the races go on, and by mid season I don't think Braun will keep getting it all their own way. If Ruebens becomes No.2 in the team, all be it for this season becasue he is too far behind Button then he may lose some 'fight' also.

However, for Turkey, I still think Braun will have enough to occupy two of the podiums.

Not Monaco 2007 again  Get over it. Remember who crashed in practice that year :D

Anyone but Brawn please in the next 3 races, if they win In Turkey, the bloody season has become a joke, and very boring

but if Jenson keeps winning i would really love for someone to ask Bernie about the winner takes all concept again and get his view on it then....

:yes: Yes because if he wins a handfull more races he can really make Kimi jealouse by sitting eating magnums in the garage for the rest of the season and STILL win the World championship.

Im talking about the winner takes all, the medal system. As it is at least theres a chance of a fight if anoher team get their act together. If it went on GP wins it would just be over.
