On a seperate note, I will be interested to see just what developments the teams bring with them to Barcelona and how they impact performance. I'm expecting McLaren, Ferrari and BMW Sauber to make gains, but I don't want to try to predict how those will work out relative to the other teams. Force India will be a team for me to keep an eye on - their updates this weekend did a lot for their performance and I think that when they get a proper double-decked diffuser and maybe some revisions to the nose and front wing, they might be able to get in to Q2 a few times this season. I can't see them not scoring points this year, because they seem to have picked up their game.

The further behind a team is, the easier it will be for them to make gains. As the cars get more refined, the number of easy development wins will decrease. Particularly without on-track testing outside of GP weekends. So next race I expect the order at the front to stay more or less the same, but perhaps more compressed. That's why I don't think we'll see Ferrari and McLaren challenging for wins for a number more races. By the time they do catch up, how much lead will JB have?

Last race, we saw both JB and SV passed by LH at the start. JB with his lighter fuel load managed to get ahead, while SV didn't. And that was part of what contributed to the race result. I'm wondering if SV might go more aggressive in Spain.

Will the Spanish Grand Prix be canceled because of the swine Flu pandemic?

With all that money waiting to flow into people's pockets?

You've more chance of contracting Bird Flu than not seeing the 2009 Spanish Grand Prix.
