Do we really know (rumors aside) if Alonso was blackmailing RD or not. Why would MM protect FA if he knows that he had illegal ferrari documents on him.

Well, RD said so to MM, MM recently voiced it in public and RD confirmed it - at least the threatening part of it where FA wanted to hand over his evidence to the FIA. What he asked for in return for his silence I'm not sure is totally clear and proven: consensus seems to be a clear number one status or else he leaves.

I don't think Lewis will get on with Kubica, as for Button Ron Dennis, said he didn't want a driver who was around for years and broke contracts and never achieve very much. Nico will be perfect, he talented and he was Lewis team-mate before this will be great but Williams who doing quite well will never let him go. I've read the entire transcript and I have yet to see a statement that calls RD personally a cheat. That's NOT what this was about, so stop posting this utter nonsense, read the transcript and form your opinion with the facts in hand.

You're the one who writes utter nonsense! Then gets personal when faced with the truth. And I'll pot my opinions whether you like them or not Also you did not read my post properly. I did not say the transcript called Ron a cheat, I said "People" continued to call him a cheat in the face of evidence to the contrary. There are several people who have called him a cheat on this forum. Improve your reading skills and get you facts right before you try to belittle other peoples opinions

A very sophisticated assessment of what was really going on after you read the transcript?
First of all, who was punished? RD?
Also, I don't recall RD being called a cheat a lot on this forum - or it would have caused an uproar from you McLaren defenders beyond belief. There may have been an occasional post (can you show me some?) from some fringe members who are not taken seriously by most anyway. But to make it sound as if this was a continuing theme on this forum is just false. Most of the cheater accusations here have centered around FA, PdLR, Coughlan, Stepney and the McLaren team as a whole.
