So here's a curious observation. For the last three WDC champions, the season after their last championship, they finished in 5th place. Lewis 5th in 2009, Jenson 5th in 2010 and I'm predicting Vettel to finish 5th in 2014. As the best Renault powered driver.

Who's the third champion that you observed to end up 5th?

I wouldn't be so hasty if I were you. As a matter of fact, we can do Montreal and if your driver is ahead, I'll buy you all the beer. If my driver is ahead you have to eat a family sized order of poutine.

1) Williams & Sauber & Force India will all get podiums in 2014
2) One of the above teams will win two or more races in 2014
3) Magnussen will outperform Button.
4) RedBull's dominating streak will come to an end.
5) Hamilton will win the WDC
6) There will a race where 20 or more drivers finish (We only had this happen 3 times last year at Bahrain (Vergne with puncture damage), Abu Dhabi (Raikkonen in a crash) and United States (Sutil had a collision)
7) There will be a race where we have 3 safety car appearances.
8) There will be a race where 15+ cars finish on the lead lap
9) Vettel will make some stupid driver errors.
10) Massa will suddenly be back on form with Williams and might be one of the drivers who wins a race relating to my second prediction.
11) Kimi Raikkonen and Fernando Alonso will fall out massivley.
12) With Ron Dennis back, McLaren will stop making silly stratagy mistakes.
13) Adrian Newey will leave RedBull or retire (If they have an absimal year)
14) Raikkonen will beat Alonso even with Alonso being their number 1 driver.
15) Mercedes will win the WCC
16) There will be a race were only the top 4 cars will finish on the lead lap.

I am pretty positive that it will be an amazing season full of Oooo's and Ahhh's and Booo's (Vettel) and Waaaa's... the list goes on
