Aside from ethics of purposely trying to deceive people, what good comes from entering a discussion with false information. There is nothing to gain from discussing something that has not happened.

lemme give you some facts to help you filter and hopefully by my doing so I can get you like my opinion, especially in the absence of another

So Webber matched Seb in 2010 and the team prefered Seb to win.

So here I produce evidence of my opinion that Webber matched Seb in 2010 and indeed looked more likely to win the WDC until the last race. And before that the Red Bull civil war had resulted in Seb favoured.

Based on this I would tend to agree with you, that Webber is indeed a match for Vettel, and that RedBull certainly give favour to the WDC.

But anyway. Going back to the OP's question, Personality wise its a hard one. They are very different people. I don't actually like Kimmi's personality too much. To me he comes across as arrogant, aloof, and as if he is too good for the sport.

Whereas, the few interviews I have seen with Vettel - when he is away from the track and relaxed, he is a very likeable and funny guy.

I haven't actually voted because the OP confused me, I dint have to like a driver to like their driving. Since I font like either option, I'm refraining from voting because I can't actually properly gauge Vettel.

Kimi is a character and when you consider the Finnish context it could explain some of the perceived aloofness. However he does have a lot of fans and doesnt get booed.

Seb is a smart guy and is funny and interesting. Like on track though there are definitely questions about ghis true character behind the clever facade.

They say you only see the true character when the chips are down, and so far when the chips have been down he has not handled himself to suit his obvious intelligence and decency.
If after the multi 21 affair he had just come out and said it, like Kimi does or like Lewis does, instead of changing his story and come across as sneaky, in the same way as Button I dont think he would get booed.

Then there is the small matter of not being on social media and keeping his private life hidden. It doesnt help you get fans, or allow people to see your humanity.

And it probably attracts the sort of followers who have a lack of human empathy and are satisfied with numbers and statistics instead of expanding understanding of the qualities that make a champion

Whilst imagination is a good thing, we can only go by the facts in front of us and in this context we have Button trying to cheat Lewis, Seb cheating Webber, and Nico not cheating Lewis. We also have the statements each of those players made after each incident

And Seb gets booed on seperate continents

Then again Lewis isn't the one getting booed. Had Seb had the balls to say that from the get go, he wouldn't be in the situation he's in. Noting like changing your story to show your true convictions. It was a PR nightmare for Red Bull, the world's foremost PR company.

I agree totally. I've never understood peoples' love for Kimi's personality. Yes, sometimes it's funny, especially when played over a radio during a race, but otherwise, it's generally really arrogant, completely off-putting, with a massive scoop of self importance. If a work colleague had this attitude, it wouldn't go down well.

I agree totally. I've never understood peoples' love for Kimi's personality. Yes, sometimes it's funny, especially when played over a radio during a race, but otherwise, it's generally really arrogant, completely off-putting, with a massive scoop of self importance. If a work colleague had this attitude, it wouldn't go down well.

Well we're in the minority. I liked his personality during his McLaren days, he was the true 'Iceman'....decent and quiet guy, lighting quick on track and no shouting/arrogant snarky comments.

Since his comeback though, it seems like the James Hunt thing has gone to his head. Though I don't think Hunt was an arrogant SOB on the radio nearly every time his engineer spoke to him? I don;t believe Kimi acts this way when he isn't in the car though. Maybe he's just lost his 'ice'.
