I don't know who will win the Chinese Grand Prix, but with three weeks until the race, I am interested to find out who can make the biggest improvement, I expect it to be closer than ever!

I think Lewis will be leading ahead of Vettel but with one lap to go be told to pit for wets when the tracks bone dry just so Button in 3rd place can out score him.

I know! That's how McLaren operate these days! F!ck the WCC, as long as Jenson finishes higher than Lewis, then all is well with the world.

Glad to see that McLaren fans haven't lost their humor in this, gallows humor that is.

Notice it's never the McLaren fans who stomp around crying foul-play when everything goes wrong! We're a good bunch, us lot.

Aha! Yes indeed! However, they are largely made up of LH fans, rather than fans of the McLaren team :P

MS 91st win 2006 Chinese GP - MS 92nd win 2012 Chinese GP..its bound to happen! :hehe:

As what others said before there's 3 weeks until the GP so there is got to be some improvements to Ferrari RBR and Merc.

Also it may be before we get to Monaco or Spain to figure out the grid line up cause ATM you might as well put Senna for a podium in China.

No they'll stick to doing it at the pitstops, less obvious, and if they get it right they just swap driver places and dont lose team points. Can backfire though :skidmarks::driving:

I don't think we're getting any surprises if the weather's fair. The mid-range teams are the ones to watch!!! Bring us more excitement please!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope Sergio gets the drive, he deserves it. I just hope he doesn't end up what Irvine / Barrichello / Massa have all been before him......

No one deserves to sit in the 2nd car at Ferrari!

No. Perez certainly has more potential that that.

I think Ferrari will stick with Felipe for this year, but with a few more bad races we might see Felipe retire - he can't be getting any joy out of what he doing ATM. If he did, I think SF will put a "stand in" driver in the car, most likely they will look to Jules Bianchi. But, here's the big thought from me on this, I definitely see LCdM pulling out the big cheque book and making a beeline for Seb.

As for the race, I was super impressed with the improvement Ferrari got out of the F2012 with almost no new parts in Malaysia. For China there is a swag of new parts, so, if they can continue the improvement they might just be a little closer to the pointy end of the 2012 performance stick.

Was it really 'improvements'? Or was it circumstances? FA? Luck? I wouldn't hold my breath yet re. an upswing in form for Ferrari, same as for a downturn at RB - I'll hedge my bets until Spain.

Hm, two double world champions at Ferrari > two single world champions at McLaren

I highly doubt Seb will be leaving Redbull any time soon especially considering Redbulls performance over Ferrari, it's a backwards step and I cannot see Alonso playing fair nor can I see Seb, be dummies being spat everywhere!

Yeah bring 1.4 seconds behind in Q is not an improvement even with KERS working there's still over a second there. Circumstances as you say in the race got them the win, not a sudden performance gain.

But if Ferrari is able to turn things around later in the season then this win is a big bonus considering where they are.
