. Credit to the three titans of F1 (Ferrari, McLaren and Williams) for lasting this many years.

And McLaren and Williams are not manufacturers either, so why does LH bring this up against Red Bull?

They will be, they are making there own engines? Williams..I have no idea

Red Bull F1 is a drinks companies sponsorship exercise.

Mclaren F1 and Williams F1 are pure racing teams every thing do is linked to F1 they need F1 thefore if they leave the company as an entity dies.

If Redbull leaves F1 they company will still sell drinks.

For example they have a bad year in 2012 Newly leaves they end up midfield they will quit.

Spot on, I think RBR are a joke and I have always thought that. Just because they have allot of $$££ does not make them a good team. They can buy who they want but a Team like Ferrari/McLaren have built somthing up from day 1! History & Passion. That cannot be bought!

As much as this hurts to type (literally), I have to ask, are you a redbull fan girl or something? You seem to be taking this awfully personally. LH in a nutshell is saying the core part of Red Bull's reasoning for being here is money, it's an investment. Mclaren are the same, but they also have heritage for speed. The core difference between alot of these non manufacturers and red bull is, red bull is investment first, racing second. F1 is a nice "hobby" for Red Bull Energy drinks.

My opinion at this point is that all teams must start somewhere and new blood is good for the sport yet I do have reservations as to how long DM's support will last. Admitedly he is pushing his brand name so I must question his agenda and fortitude for F1 in the years to come.

I stated my reasoning why I think it was in bad form of LH to diss Red Bull. Of course, all the LH fans come to his defense, what else is there to expect on here? They as well as LH will have to eat their words once Red Bull beats the crap out of wannabe manufacturer McLaren. Of course it could turn out the other way and McLaren beats the crap out of wannabe F1 team Red Bull. But we don't know and so doesn't LH. So, in his shoes I wouldn't go around and belittle and diss my seemingly strongest rivals.

Red Bull is an F1 team they are world champions, they looked good in testing and horner shoots his mouth off about Mclaren, shouldn't be watching what he says since they are the team ready to be knocked off the hill?

Fact is he really isn't having that much of a go hes just saying they've won one title, there not a Mclaren or Ferrari yet. And he correct about that.
