Well its all over as of friday now I patiently wait by the phone. Graduation was great and in many ways a very emotional experience as my mom, dad and brother were there together, in the same room, and that is something that has not happened since I was 16yrs old and in the hospital after my motorcycle accident. I'll post some pics as I recieve them.

Its never to late to start a new journey in life and if it is one that serves your fellow man, community and makes you happy its all worth it. Thanks to everyone for their past and ongoing support and friendship :) .

Well the job hunt is progressing albeit alittle slow for my liking but I can't complain. I finally recieved the phonecall from the sheriff of the dept I'm persueing and he is setting up my interview date/time and hopefully it should be within the next few days or within the next week. Looks like I may be a court officer and not a patrol officer but I will still be a deputy sheriff will have all the powers and duties a patrol officer has. A court officers job comes with great responsibility as you are not only protecting the judge but everyone in the courtroom.

Hopefully on the weekends I will be allowed to run patrol as the court officer position is a M-F 8am-5pm job.

I saw this video posted on a law enforcement forum I am a member of and thought I might share it will ya :) .

Well folks just thought that I would like to say my first goodbye. I leave for Army basic training later in the day tomorrow, so after tomorrow morning you probably won't hear from me for awhile. I'd like to say though that this is an awesome forum, and I've honestly enjoyed talking with many of you on here. So take care, and don't argue too much. :hehe:

Peace guys.
