Well today I've made a paella. A dish that assaults all the senses. Looks so pretty in the huge paella pan . Smells divine. Tastes divine. And you need your fingers ( touch) to get the clams, mussels and big langoustines out of their shells. Ah!! forgot sound! Well that will be the sound of the guests going 'mmmmmmmmmm' when they eat it

You sell that pretty well... but I hate fishy clams, mussles... etc so that sounds gross however I'm impressed

Can you not talk about food...I'm currently in a country where 'raclette' and 'fondue' are considered delicacies.

Oh Hyflex how can you hate fishy things?? . I've got a picture of it that may convince you that fishy is the way to go WB......or any techy, please if I e-mail you the pic can you turn it into a small pic? It's easy to email from my iPad, but it's not easy to do all things on the iPad , like make it go small

I had an unhealthy day today. Hey it is only your birthday once a year*

So breakfast was phily on toast.

Lunch was an 8Oz bacon cheese burger with bottomless chips (longwall, beefeater)

Tea was a roast dinner (turkey and gammon) from the Evenlode.

A few pints of beer where involved so not an unpleasant day really.

Tomorrow goingcto have a look at a new car
