I thought the race was pretty boring - as soon as the brawns got out in front the result was obvious.

Still kimi got another podium, I'm afraid I couldn't help but chuckle when lewis crashed out, it was sodding obvious as long as button didn't make a mistake he couldn't have gotten past.

Unlucky award goes to luzzie - that was really harsh.

Hopefully force india with their upgrades again can continue the "charge" as legard might say, and also do well next season.

What the hell happened to heki? he's gotta go after that performance.

And lastly can rubens now take button to the cleaners?

All this Lewis was Sennaesque, and Button was Shumacheresque is a load of crap. Lewis is Lewisesque, and Button is Buttonesque.

 Too right

Great driver from both Brawn drivers. Really they were equally good today, but Rubens won the battle by being much faster in quali. Had Jenson managed to start ahead of Rubens today, the win would've been his.

As for Hamiliton. What can you say, Hero or Zero, and today it was zero. This is why I maintain, that Lewis' best season was his first ever. However, it's easier to teach a fast driver not to spin, than it is to get a slow driver to go fast. But Hamiliton seems to making more mistakes by the season. Its easy to say, that at least he gave it go, but it was the last lap. If Button was going to make a mistake, it wouldn't matter how many tenths closer Lewis was. But thats racing.

Heidfeld I have to give a mention. Great drive to 7th from him.

Luzzi, damn reliability. He deserved the points so much today, an awesome drive today and definitely the most impressive driver from all newcomers this year. Lets just hope he can keep it up now, and re-start his F1 career.

Kovy today, he has serious first lap issues. Will he keep his seat next year. He'll be lucky if he does at this rate.

Some people saying that Kimi is driving superbly and out-preforming the car. Compared to who?? Badoer! Get well soon Felipe.

And sitting back was no way going to induce Button into a mistake, wheras hasstling him might have. And it wasnt so obvious he wouldnt get past,he'd been faster much of the race and he had KERS, so it wasnt out of possibility.

With your last point yes Rubens certainly seems more on it than Button at the moment.

i'm just dissapointed. with the result not with hamilton. i respect how he would rather push it (a little too hard) to try and get second instead of settle for third. shows the type of driver he is. was nice to see barrichelo being quicker than button, but you have to doubt wether brawn will actually let them fight it out. in my opinion it is obvious who they want to win the title, button is going to be backed all the way. all he needs to do is finish now. it really is over. congratulations to button on becoming the new world champion. all bets are off.

Agreed its not even close to being over if Kimi can comeback from 17 points behind in two races i'm sure rubens can from here

Lewis would have got past i think...had they been in the last 5 laps situation with 15 laps to go. Hamilton should have realised he was on the last lap and that he wasnt gonna get past him. I wanted him to pass button so Rubens could take another couple of points off Button but wasnt going to happen. Instead we had Kimi on the podium!
I thought the race was on the most part ok today. Hekki is surely going now!! He really couldnt use that car to do anything today. What happened with Nico? He pitted for a second time and a didnt really get why.
This season could go all the way to the last race i think, its going to be a good finish!

Average 3 points a race rubens needs - but surely brawn just wants to get both drivers racing fast? He won't need to influence one way or another since it looks set for brawn.

listening to Ross after the race i think his feelings are let the lads race so long as its fair and clean! i couldnt agree more Ross...

...Go Rubens!!!

you're forgetting that kimi snuck up from behind as the mclaren's pushed each other. brawn will not make the same mistake. as shown earlier in the season they are prepared to give button track position over rubens if he needs it. i don't want to see a brawn title either but sometimes you just have to admit defeat. red bull had there chance with button's run of poor results but didn't take it for one reason or another. roll on next season.

I would prefer to see brawn win than red bull.If mcLaren can't win I would always like to see someone/team that is brittish win, except williams that is.

All the Hammy fans(Hamsters) are so happy he was going for it..........even though he crashed

and all the haters are chuckling at him being very tit-esque and crashing....

he should crash every race and you'll all be happy.

Would have been nice to see Sutil on the podium though.
