On top of getting Rory Byrne back working on the design of this years car, SF have really been growing their HR this off season. So far those supposed to be joining SF are:-
Rupad Darekar (aeros)
Ioannis Veloudis (CFD)
Giacomo Tortora (aeros)
Lawrence Hodge (aeros)
Jonathan Heal (composites/stress)
Nick Jefferies (aeros)
Nigel Leaper (composites)

Also Marcin Budkowski (aeros) was rumored to be considering a move but that's been denied I heard.

Hey Spanky - long time no see!

Actually was more drowning my sorrows in Feldschlossen, Absinthe and Rugenbrau lately....
Still, that's all history and a new year starts ... and I'm feeling pretty good about that, so perhaps I'll celebrate that thought with some good Grappa and Chianti :D

Yep, he is. He confirmed it in a South African radio interview last year which I can't find the link to. If I find it I'll post it.

** Edit - found the link, unfortunately it's been removed. But here's the actual url anyway:-
http://soundcloud.com/567-capetalk/rory-byrne

It was done on a radio station called Highveld stereo and the interview was conducted by a known Formula 1 enthusiast Alex Jay.

Rory was working on a GT project, and helping out with the F1 team, however, since June he's been heavily involved in the 2012 car.

Interesting how much control Helmut Marko has over STR drivers in favour of Seb. And remember this was only an incident in practice.

Not a fan of Helmut Marko at all. This was after Jaime Alguersuari held up Sebastian for a few corners during PRACTICE!

He's very pro-Vettel, and this was brought to light greatest when he blatantly laid the blame on Mark Webber for the infamous accident at the 2010 Turkish Grand Prix. Needs to take lessons on how to maintain team harmony.

To all the people who think Martin Whitmarsh favours Jenson Button... then this guy is ten times worse.

But I dont have a vested interest in who Marko favours...I do with Whitmarsh.

Show me a video of Martin acting like that to favour Jenson and I might even start to believe you. Until then it's just some Lewis fans self manifestation.

You didn't use the word, that is true, but you invented the theory.

Theory, observation, yes. Conspiracy no. No coffin there to put a nail in Andrew. A conspiracy requires people to conspire together for an outcome. Ive never said that.
