And you're not sharing? How rude!

Today I feel a little sad. My (now former) apprentice came in to hand in his keys, ID, laptop etc. and say "goodbye" (although he's leaving our team, he will still be around as the school have offered him a position), so the fact that he's no longer part of the team is starting to sink in. 18 months of hard work and the company didn't even officially tell any of them that there were no posts available for them, or even say as much as thank you. That disappointed me a lot. :(

Today I have:

Got up
Had breakfast
Watched Heir Hunters
Showered
Renewed my car insurance
Booked the car in for a service
Looked at the internet

Life is dull.

Yeah, unfortunately my Nan passed away last week so I've stayed on for a few days after the funeral for a bit of support..

Cheers. But its ok. She was 90. She was a little mental, and she was ready to leave.

I narrowly avoided a head-on collision today on the school run; there was a car parked on the side of the road which suddenly pulled out in front of me, forcing me to veer to the opposite side of the road; where a car was oncoming, just as well it was a school zone with a 20mph speed limit! The driving test needs to be significantly harder here in KS; clearly drivers have no clue of procedure when pulling out into traffic! Mirror, Signal, Maneuver... :banghead:

It is but no one's told their kids. Just shows how much trouble a parent will go to to be free of their kids for a few hours a day. :hehe:
