Today I got rather angry at a Cox Communications rep; they call me every damn week trying to sell me packages I don't want, the poor rep didn't know what to do, I'm in the middle of packing for our move on Monday, I really wasn't in the mood to be polite and listen to their spiel. I despise sales calls; if I wanted to add additional packages I would have called them!
